We are in urgent need of an admin officer to fill the position presently vacant.

Fucntions:
The administrative officer will assist with all types of agency or office management duties. He\she will facilitate and coordinate operations such as employee training, office equipment and supplies, maintenance schedules and supplies, building security, and safety.

Emphasis of duties is on several major administrative activities including assisting in preparation and monitoring of the division budget and other fiscal matters; policies and procedures; facilities management; systems; collections; grants development;n personnel; and special projects.

Requirement:

BSc/HND in business admin; management with a minimum of two years working experience. Only qualified prospective candidates should please apply.
