Please!! Please!! Dont call urself a failure for whatsoever reason because, “a man is only a failure if he fails in his heart“.

I must commend u for coming on a public forum and letting out ur heart felt pain...it aint easy sir.
I am less than 30yrs, so i am not here to lecture u(u probably know alot more than me anyway!), but just to drop a little support.

First, block all those multiple liabilties and increase ur income streams...(easier said than done ,right??!!)
Secondly, if u must be rich and wealthy,then u MUST save atleast 30% of ur income and invest in properties that appreciate I.E. Land, information- constantly improving urself...(this option is harder than option 1, right?!!)

Well,i know that with all ur years in the banking industry, u would have known that these two advise had always held sway,but the only problem has been “implementation“.

U just have to find a way and put it into practice. No two ways about that! Its your life and GOD have given you that priviledge of taking decisions that concerns it.

NB: THE “OBSTACLES“ SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE CLIMBED AND DEFEATED TO EXCEL IN LIFE ARE THE SAME “OBSTACLES“ LOOSERS POINTS TO AS THE REASON FOR THEIR FAILURES.
