BEWARE OF ONLINE LENDING APPS

Dear Esteemed friends, if you have been patronizing online loan apps i will advice that you stop right away. These companies and their apps are fraudsters. One of their style of defrauding people is to ensure that their apps do not work regularly .This will make it difficult for you to repay your loan on due date and as such the loan will extend to the following day as a default thereby accruing charges and default interest. After some days without paying back they will start sending embarrassing text messages to your phone contacts, social media contacts, etc.

They send messages like this: NOTICE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC!!!!! Mr. Mark Okwu with the phone number 080xxxxxxxx in on the run with CASH HERE COMPANY'S money. He is wanted and he is not to be trusted with any transaction. Be ware. He is a fraudster and a 419". These messages come in different form all meant to tarnish and destroy the person's image. They also claim that you had a legal agreement with them. I wonder what sort of legal agreement will warrant such embarrassment.

Concerned Nigerians have decided to take this matter up and report the matter to the relevant authorities like the CBN,NBA, Nigerian Deposit Insurance Commission, EFCC, and the Nigerian Police. These companies and their apps needs to be banned from operating in Nigeria and whatever licence giving to them, if any, should be withdrawn.

The following are the names of the apps:

1.CASHHERE PRO
2.FASTCASH
3.LCREDIT
4.HALOOCREDIT
5.FAST MONEY
6.9JAMONEY
7.ICOIN
8.MONEYLOAN PLUS
9.KASHKASH
10.9JACASH
11.OKASH
12.GMONEY
13.9CREDIT

THE ABOVE MENTIONED APP ARE FRAUDULENT.IF YOU GET ANY OF SUCH MESSAGE FROM THEM PLEASE SEND THE MESSAGE TO THE EFCC AND THE CBN IMMEDIATELY AND NOTIFY YOUR LAWYERS TO SUE THEM.

3.anticorruptionunit@cbn.gov.ng
4.claimscomplaints@ndic.gov.ng
5.info@nigerianbar.org.ng
