This is probably not going to happen. IP v6 has been working along side v4 for years, there shouldnt realy be any need for down time, besides that stakes are too high for such an interruption

Really dont know what the whole fuss' all about. IPv6 has been on for some time now. For those migrating from IPv4 to IPv6, it really wont affect much folks.
