I bought a 5000 kgs/day cube ice machine from a company named as CBFI icesource refrigeration

equipment Co., Ltd from China several months ago. They promised a high quality machine with stable

performance. However, from the moment I got the machine installed, it keeps occuring problems, some

times big, some times minor. I had to keep sending problem-shooting mails constantly. What the ****, they

promised a good aftersales service, but when I sent mails to ask for solutions, they keeps finding excuses

rather than give me solutions. They told me to look up the operation manual, but what operation manual is

this? It's very simple, but stuffed with rubbish info, no use at all. And later they no longer responding to my

mails anymore. I called them several times, but they excused for bad networking, could not hear my voice.

I'm totally disappointed in this company, and had to find local engineers to help. It costs a lot to hire some

experts to help and buy replacement parts.

****, what the company is this? I wish I was the last one that frauded by this charlantan company.
