Abeg, can we say its d 2013/2014 set of awardee dat has not been paid, cos av not been paid also and i belong to d last yr awardees..... Customer care number, abeg who get?

I'm a 2013/2014 awardee but have not been paid, some of my colleagues who are also 2013/2014 awardees have been paid. Maybe there's a mix up somewhere or we didn't do something right
