The problem with most people is lack of patience and they rush into buying cheap cars bcs of the pressure to impress, oppress or even feel among . Buying Toks or 9ja used this days is just like using your money to buy problem . If you buy a used car of 20yrs with over 6000 mileage and above you are likely to waste 3-4x the money you used to purchase it to fix it.
Be patient grow your wealth, multiply your money and get a durable EV or even latest gas powered vehicle.
An EV of 17 M (Chinese Tokunbo which have a very few milage of 1-500 miles) will last up to 5 years without coughing
If it is not EV count me out any journey outside my state and neighboring state is flight ✈️

Hello guys, how can we put a safety net for our families on this issue especially for those using Stanbic and Cowrywise investments. Survival jobs are jobs you do for the main time just to get by.


I've seen graduates work a construction site and do other manial jobs. It's not a bad thing. I know people who used it as stepping stone to achieve great things that are commendable


But life throws different things at different people and it's easy to get lost and stuck doing manial jobs.


I've also seen people doing jobs they ought not to for decades not because they didnt have a plan but because life happened to them.


So is survival job good or necessary... yes it is - just pray life doesn't happen to you.

I have tried treasury bill and the rate is annoying now with the WHT the removed at maturity. 90k was removed from my capital cos I invested for one year I wasn't expecting it.
Now am on MMF the percentage is not encouraging

MMF was 23.7% at the beginning of the year, but now it’s averaging 16%. On the other hand, investors who locked in T-bills at 18.5% in January for 1 year got a better average interest when compared to MMF today.
