PropertiesOne Key Reason Most Contractors Will Not Be Awarded Contracts In 2017. by buckwhile(op):
[i]Apart from having the very necessary requirement for bidding for a contract from government and cooperate bodies. In 2017 drastic measures will be taken before giving out contracts and the reason is simple. Every contract giving out must be dully completed at the stipulated time. If a contractor wants to fully benefit and get contracts from any government agency or cooperate body you must have a bid bond amongst other bidding requirements.

Why a Bid Bond?

A bid bond is important to show proof of guarantee to the project owner that you can comply with the bid contract and also that you can accomplish the job as laid out in the contract. A bid bond is a guarantee that you provide to the project owner stating that you have the capability to take on and implement the project once you are selected during the bidding process. Normally, project owners do not know if a contractor is financially stable or has the necessary resources to take on a project.

However, because of a bid bond, they will be more comfortable to award a project to a contractor knowing that if the project fails, they can collect compensation from the surety bond.

Where can you get this bid bond?

You can get a bid bond through your local insurance agent and through insurance companies that sell bonds through their own employees, over the phone, by mail and over the Internet. In most states, there are dozens of companies to choose from, but because is a contract winning bid bond i did recommend you talk to Chuks Ugbaja a veteran in packing a contract winning bid bond. read more...

AutosHow To Save N500,000 In Car Repairs If You Hit Another Person’s Car Today. by buckwhile(op): 6:17am On Jan 06, 2017
From the desk of Chukwubuikem Ugbaja

Time: 6:25am

Dear Friend,

I am not saying it will happen to you, i know you are good in driving, but come to think of it, all these accidents that you see everyday, do you actually think the drivers were not good drivers?

Most, if not all of them are experienced drivers, but still the accident occurred.

As defined by Wikipedia, an accident is an incidental and unplanned event that could have been prevented had circumstances leading up to the accident been recognized, and acted upon, prior to its occurrence.

It is an unplanned event, you don’t know when it will happen.

Wait. . .

Before you say it is not your portion, was it the portion of those other experienced drivers who crashed other peoples car and had to pay hundreds of thousands in repairing them?

Or have you forgotten we were all created by the same God?

Friend, what we do here in life is to simply plan ahead for unforeseen circumstances.

We save money to build a house which we haven’t even seen.

We save money for our traditional and white weddings which we haven’t seen.

we save to buy a car, is the car here?

No, but we save.

After buying the car, we buy a 3rd party motor insurance to cover 3rd party liabilities as demanded by the law , has the accident occurred?

No!

Nobody plans for an accident, but in the case that you crash somebody’s car and he demands you pay for the repairs, and on getting to an Auto Mechanic, he costs the repairs and its N500,000, do you have N500,000 saved to take care of that?

Yes you do.

But you don’t even know it.

Possibly, you don’t even regard it as anything but as a paper to show our policemen who care about nothing else but how to find a fault in your papers so they can squeeze you of your hard earned money.

When our policemen stop you on the road to conduct their irritating check of vehicle papers, they ask for it and you give it to them carefreely.

Our policemen whose concern is to find a fault that they will use to extort money from you does not even know if it is valid or not.

But. . .

That 3rd party motor insurance is the only thing that you simply need to pay for that car repair that is estimated at N500,000.

How do you do that?

After the Auto Mechanic has finished the costing, all you need to do is to tell him to carry on with the repairs, then simply take the this step to get the N500,000:

Step 1: Report the claim to your insurance company. The insurance company will give you a claims form to supply details of the accident.

Step 2: An adjusted will be assigned to your case to inspect the damaged car, take pictures of the car, visit the accident scene and will request for a police report for review.

step 3: A discharge voucher will be issued to you. a discharge voucher is a form containing details of the loss and how much your insurance company is willing to pay.

In less than 5days, the insurance company will foot the bill and you would have simply saved N500,000 for yourself.

The problem with many Nigerians is that they do not even know that that 3rd party Motor Insurance they have can do this for them.

Sometimes i wonder why people have to put themselves through so many stress when all they need to solve their challenges in life is right in front of them (wetin them they find for sokoto dey for their shokoto).

Well, like that wise man said ‘if you are not informed, you are deformed.”

But, Majority of the 3rd party motor insurance that Nigerian drivers have is not VALID and cannot help them when such situations occur.

Over 12million cars in Nigeria carry a fake insurance, this was confirmed by the Mr. Godwin Wiggle the National Insurance Association Chairman. So even if after reading this and get involved in an accident TODAY, their 3rd party motor insurance will not be able to save them N500,000.

And do you know the funny part?

The valid 3rd party motor insurance is sold for the same amount as the fake one.

But i don’t really blame them much because it is not their fault. Their vehicle papers are done for them by the people who sell the cars to them.

These car dealers when they go to do these paper works are sold non valid insurance at the various vehicle licensing offices.

So you see that like the Holy Bible said, “my people perish for the lack of knowledge.”

And the first step to eliminating the lack of Knowledge is acquiring knowledge.

Now that you have acquired the knowledge that the 3rd party motor insurance you have amongst your vehicle particulars can save you N500,000, the question now is;

IS IT VALID?

PropertiesThings To Consider During Land Purchase by buckwhile(op): 5:56am On Jul 31, 2014
When buying land, please take the following into consideration.

1. Determine the size of land required for the building project

2. Determine in advance the number of floors you want in the building project

3. Buy land in an area where high rise buildings are allowed, if you wish to build a high rise building.

4. Verify that the land is free from government acquisition

5. Verify that the person selling is really the owner

6. Evaluate the distance of the land you wish to buy from oil pipeline route, where applicable

7. Evaluate the distance of the land from power line route, where applicable

8. Evaluate the distance of the land from the major highway, where applicable

9. Evaluate the distance of the land from the moat or natural gorge, where applicable

Government regulations specify distances for items 6-9 above. However, some land sellers will tell you it doesn't matter whether the land does not meet the distance requirement from pipelines, highways, power lines, and moats.

My advice?

Don't believe what they say.

When you purchase land that contravenes the land act, sooner or later, the government will take action against you.
