This is intended to reach all to clarify if they have not heard from us so far we receive Cvs on a daily basis and are scrutinized as per the criteria laid down by the clients we do need to be considerate to applicants and not just call everyone who sends a CV for an interview (Spend Transport & schedule your appointments to meet the interview) and tell them to go back home as it may not match the criteria we are screening profiles for. the vacancies are listed in the forum to refer to, but we do not get relevant profiles all the time, people may be over/under qualified, over/under experienced, not in the vicinity of the job, not matching the salary criteria and so many other factors contribute for a candidate to be screened upon before they can be shortlisted. as also mentioned in our last post, we at times do not get 100 % quorum for interviews as some people do ignore text messages sent as invites and/or at times their number mentioned n CVs are incorrect or not available and as such messages dont get delivered so how does one judge whether what people are assuming is correct when they do not look at all aspects involved. we do urge applicants to tell us their name after they have sent the CV so we can consider them, but if the applicants feel that they have not heard from us they need to look out for options as why it couldnt have been shortlisted for an interview. |
