New Rule

Anybody who henceforth drop pick and later request for his pick to be voided shall
(a) have the game voided;
(b) have his slot counted as used;
(c) have 5 points deducted from his his total points, even if he has not gathered any point, he shall have a negative sign reflected in his point (-4).
