Why don't you do a security wipe on old device, log into your new device and have the new owner create a new BlackBerry I'd and password after old device's os has been restored...

please guys, I bought a new blackberry &I gave someone my old Q10, the problem now seems to be that I cant change the blackberry id on the old device so that I can start using my new device &so the new owner of the old device can start using his own...the blackberry id are the same...what do I do to separate them independently

Will you be surprise if I tell you i'v done all that? phone that I got brand new awhile back now i'v had to take it to a repairer to open it &try &figure out what's up with the radio signal. Still no show. i'v done security wipe, even flashing...still no 3G in normal places I used to get 3G, unless i'm around a mast. lol

Are you using the right network mode in your phone...you need to set the phone to 3G network mode to get signals bette than EDGE

Are you on the latest OS?

LOL, yeah ofcourse...the problem just started suddenly. it can't get 3G in areas where it normally does, even when others are getting 3G.

nope, my Sim workss just fine in other devices, I even tried using airtel, could only get EDGE just fine, but no H. this is frustrating
