The depression may be a result of the cumulative effects a right-handed world has left for us. For example, writing with a right hand actually leaves the user more relaxed than when a left hand is used. Learn to relax yourself. Don't care too much.
If you're eating out in a public place, don't force yourself to use your right hand.
As per depression, it may also be attributed to being an introvert. Free yourself, live, be around people you're comfortable with... Don't stay harbouring thoughts and ideas to yourself... Do what you want to do...

Get out of the friend zone bruh (I take it you're in one;most introverts are)

Its a known fact that Introverts do not like to keep contact with a lot of persons except close pals. So your attitude is quite normal for an introvert. Never feel sorry for your self because your unable to connect with every body, it's just exhausting. Anybody way you can try the Hi with those around you and just try to be humble in your owners way.

Good.Being a student gives you many avenues to socialise.Try and join groups in your department or some other groups/societies in your school.If you are a christian,join a fellowship.
Just try and get out of yourself a bit.
There 's a thread for introverts in this section,try and check it out.

uhm nice thread am here to meet my fellow introvert,guess what my own is extreme sometimes I get tired of myself.I have stayed at home for more than two months without making contact with friends.some people see me as saddist,being proud.I only talk when am with close friends and relatives.

Left hand got nothing to do with depression. Your hand is different from your emotions and mental state. You have to seek counsel to cope with your depression, cos depression is a mental illness if not taken seriously can lead to thoughts of suicide. You can make yourself happy by doing what makes you feel alive, talk to reasonable people or elderly ones about how you feel.

Pray to God too if you're a Christian. Hope this works.

Good morning mummies and daddies,I am seriously confused here.I am left handed,I do experience depression alot of time,people think am boring,am an introvert I guess,am always alone,sometimes I feel am left out like hasn't been unfair,I cry over little things and sometimes I feel like commiting sucide.All these happening to me makes me sad.Now am asking you all is it because am left handed ? cause am really confused I don't no whats happening to me. please only reasonable one should comment and I hope I can find solution to all these.stay blessed.
