Am new here and i need some classifications..

I just renewed my us visa and am planing to travel by Oct to have my baby but when i applied for the visa i said i was going on vacation for 10days....But a fwend told me yesterday that i need to send a mail to the us embassy

Am kind of worried cos wont they be like why did i apply for vacation instead of childbirth

Please advise
