The on going strike embacked by the Academic staff union of polytechnic has suffered a slow attention. The union has gone on strike since april but up till now no strong arrengement has been made to call it off. The govt. Has decided to play deff ears to asup demands not minding millions of student being affected.
The media house is not even helping matter because this issue hav not generated much public attention because the medias hav decided not to report it. I remember when ASUU went on strike, it was quickly resolved courtsy of the media's house reports,news headline,commentary,interviews frm both parties etc. Now Asup are on strike and nothing is being said by the media houses. My take is that they are in surport of govt. By sir Tony
