HealthRe: Ask The Eye Doctor Any Problem Concerning The Eyes by BunmiBie: 12:50pm On Apr 18, 2023
On Friday I woke up with my right eye red and slightly painful then the second day the two eyes are red and slightly painful especially when I bend to pick something. By Sunday afternoon the eyes are cleared and fine.
Today, I woke up again with left eye red and slightly painful.

What I noticed is that this happened after taking cough medication on Thursday. Last night I took medication for sore throat due to ear infection.
Please, advise. I plan to visit the clinic later this week.

You can teach Arabic in America. They need teachers for Arabic, French and Yoruba. You must be very good anyway.

Hello,
I am a graduate student at East Tennessee State University (ETSU), and I am conducting a research study examining Nigerian women's personal experiences in the United States. I am looking for Nigerian women who have lived or currently live in any of the states in the Southern U.S. These states include South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, Georgia, Florida, Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Maryland, Alabama, and Delaware. This study involves a quick 2-minute eligibility survey. If you are not found eligible, you will not be further contacted. If found eligible, you may be further contacted for a follow-up interview which should take about an hour. The interview will take place via Zoom at your convenience. Please think about participating. Participation is voluntary. If you have any questions, please send me a message.
To fill out the quick 2-minute survey, please follow the link here: https:///X9GZzQjqZgSKn6cc9.
I stay in Texas but how do we trust you now. You do not have any previous post on NL. I don't want to click any link that will cause trouble.

Lol cheesy. About two years ago, maybe before COVID, cars were very cheap. Back then, anyone can get a used car with something around $3k to $4k, especially when you're buying from someone who want to sell, or leave the US. But now, getting a car isn't that cheap. And it might be hard for a student on stipend to cough out $8k for a used car, unless you reside in a cheap state and your stipend is about $35k per year.
This is not entirely true. I think it depends on location. We just got a car like two months ago, Ford focus 2013, 98000 mileage for $4500 from a dealership. Verly clean.

I am a male travel ICU RN living in Dallas, TX. Well experienced, accomplished and entrepreneurial. Are there any Nigerian societies/groups/clubs/events where Nigerian RN's meet up in DFW or TX region? I am looking for like-minded RN's to network with and share nursing-related (or other) business ideas with. Or explore new travel RN opportunities together. I am in the process of exploring infusion, concierge, home health business ideas and would like to know/see if nay other Nigerians are doing the same thing so we can share ideas.

I currently PRN for Nursedash and medeley and waiting for a new travel contract confirmation here in TX. Leave contact info, thanks.

Thanks!
.

Please, can I DM you?

I am still a nursing student in US but I really need a mentor.

Though I have reservations as concerning credit card and I don't personally use it anymore;well maybe I still would. But for your credit card, Discover Credit card is decent. Discover will give you 6 months 0% APR (meaning you can carry your balance till the next month without owing up interest as far as u pay the minimum balance every month), $2K credit line (depending on what you earn as a student), $100 sign on bonus if you use someone sign on link, etc

For banks, try and check out Bank of America, US Bank, Simmons bank etc.
Thanks! I will check them out.

This can be very interesting and informative to those in the diaspora and back home ... but highly likely to be derailed by enquiries on how to get to the US and by " beggars" who would discourage many from contributing to the thread in order to not expose their location. But we can give it a try.

Nobody

Location: New York City. So many things are taken for granted here ... like getting Nigerian food stuffs.... that's never a problem since there is always a store not more that 10 minutes drive regardless of where you live. The city is expensive... overheads like rent and employee pay will no doubt be passed on to the food items .... but then there is competition and proximity of stores which keep prices under control. The price is too high or items not in good condition.... we jump and pass... on to the next store! I feel sorry for you guys out there with that one store that you have to travel soooo far to reach... and when you get there..... take what you get and pay the ransom. If you're out there ... in the wilderness ... maybe you should order foodstuffs from back home and let the person send it via NIPOST.... job creation ... business venture for someone back home. To find a trustworthy and reliable person back home would be the biggest problem.
Can you recommend a bank for student and a credit card provider too.

Thanks
