AntiChristian: AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
Paaaaasitorrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
Biblical Laws Addressing Rape: 1. Field Rape! If a man rapes a woman in the field, and she cries for help but there is no one to save her, he must be punished, but the woman is not killed. Deuteronomy 22:25-27..............this one no be field rape!
2. Unbetrothed Virgin Rape! If a man rapes an unbetrothed virgin, he must pay a fine to her father and marry her, and he can never divorce her. Deuteronomy 22:28-29...........this is applicable but which father go collect such fine and marry her daughter to her rapist?
Laws with Problematic Implications: If a man rapes a married woman, both he and the woman are to be stoned to death if the rape occurs within the city. If the rape occurs outside the city, only the man is killed. This passage is problematic because it suggests the woman is punished for the crime of rape, even though she is the victim. Deuteronomy 22:22-24
Make we kuku use Nigerian law then! Please read your Bible well, there's a different between consensual sex and rape. Deuteronomy 22:22-24 isn't talking about rape but sex by mutual consent |

I think our government needs to do more to protect Nigerians from exploitation from these embassies. They will collect documents, and application fee and reject majority citing a reason or the other.
I suggest the applicants should only pay application fee if granted visa. Imagine the amount of money USA, Canada etc embassies make on a daily in Nigeria. |

The freedom of speech they are experiencing now will not exist, nobody will be able to criticize the government in power, any opinion that contradict the military own may lead to arrest, even social media activities will be regulated if not banned. So be careful what you wish for. I can hardly tell the difference |

Kriegsforscher: Then the solution shouldn't be military rule but rather for people to realize and understand what exactly democracy is and do that democracy. Only after then can we say "democracy isn't working". But right now, every right thinking person knows that Nigeria isn't practicing democracy. The way Nigeria is functioning, it sadly won't be possible. Fact is that Ethnicity and religion has eaten deep into us. We tried it 2015, 2019, 2023 and it didn't work. That's 12 years wasted. Now 2027 is also 80% gone the way it's looking. That 16 years gone from an average Nigerian life. We need a reset. Military isn't good but we have limited options. Nigeria needs a hard reset. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Captain Ibrahim Traoré: The Soldier Selling Africa False Hope by Bunnatex(m): 4:13pm On Apr 28, 2025 |
Let's face facts. For one I know the aim of the author is to discredit the military regime that Nigerians how found themselves clamoring for.
Fact is that Democracy is by far better than military rule. However, for a nation to be clamoring for Military regime, that's an indicator that there's a big problem with the so called democracy.
What we have in Nigeria today isn't democracy but Civilian Military Regime. A system where the electorate don't change their leaders isn't a democracy but military rule disguised as democracy. In democracy it's enshrined in principle of separation of power but in Nigeria, what we have is Executive only, the Legislature and Judiciary is just an organ of the Executive.
In conclusion what we have in Nigeria isn't far from Military Rule. |
