Effective leadership is first in the act of obedient. You have to effectively follow for you to become an effective leader to exercise an effective leadership. An effective leader was once an effective follower. You can always get better by learning. You can always get good by following but you can always get better by following effectively. It is not all who claimed to follow are actually following. Effective leadership is possible because it comes with a price. Anyone who is willing to pay the price will live to become an effective leader, exhibiting an effective leadership.

Everyone can become a leader but it takes going the extra mile to learn the act to become an effective leader. Everyone can be called a leader, but not everyone is an effective leader because not everyone can display an effective leadership. Effective leader shows up in the act of an individual. People are watching you to know how effective you are. Leadership is not about leading people, but the quality of one’s leadership matters alot.

The third mystery of human life is the fall of man. Man actually fell and the fall of man griefs God. The fall of man made man fall out of God’s glory. Whatever that made man great and awesome is the glory of God Almighty. We need to come to the full understanding that man is nothing without the God’s glory. What a priviledge and honour for man to live in God’s glory. It is amazing that God created us in His glory.

Man was not only designed, fashioned and made in God’s glory, man was as well given authority to legislate in the glory of God. Any time man tries to function in his own interest, he ends up encountering stagnation and frustration. Every thing man ever desires to do, he should saturated his mind with the opinion that’s for the glory of God to be revealed. If it is not for the glory of God to be reveal, God will never show up.

What manner of love God has shown towards humanity? There is nothing in this entire universe to figure out how voluminous that is. The love of God Almighty towards humanity can never be equated to anything to quantify it. First of all, how did it came into place that we deserved to be created in the image and likeness of God Almighty. Made in God’s image was a whole priviledge humanity cannot imagine and figure out in a hurry.

Maintaining a life of purity is individual’s responsibility. We have to constantly realise that we are created in God’s image. God’s image is God’s virtues and character. One of God’s virtues is purity. This is what God is known for, He is a God of purity. There is nothing like stain with God. Purity is Who God is. Purity is what God is. Everything about God Almighty experience purify. There is no sin find in God. In God’s image there is no trace of impurity.
God created us in His image that we will exhibit the life of purity. Purity is what we are made of as God Almighty. The characteristic of purity is in the nature of man. That was how God fashioned and designed it. Why we talk about maintaining a life of purity, it is because man lost it some where. This very nature of man that was fashioned in purity was distorted by the enemy deception on man, making man to become a traitor as man decided to accept the lia of the devil to disobey the commandment of God Almighty.

We are living in a planet earth which leadership system has been deeply corrupted. The worldly system is the order of the day to so many who are so poor in mind that they believe that the only way they can ever get rid of poverty is to find themselves in the public leadership where they can lot themselves out of poverty. When one ernest desires and expectations is to go into leadership position to satisfy oneself, rather than thinking on how to create legacy to impact lives, that is complete leadership of the dark.
Leadership position is never a means to serve oneself but a means to serve the people right. Leadership of the dark has made some persons to believe that if they fail to embezzled the public fund in this very moment, they may not have the opportunity to acquire such position again in their life time. Leadership of the dark is never the right leadership for one to gamble with. It might seem to be paying hugely at the early stage, but at the ending one will discover it is all about sinking sand.

It is so common in the christiandom today to hear people who quickly arrived at the conclusion that this church does not care. Whenever I come across such people who lack the understanding of what the church really means and what it represents, I know they have an urgent need that only God can fulfill in their lives but they are seeking the fulfillment of such need in their lives from the wrong perspective.
When people arrive at the conclusion that this church does not care, it quickly dawn on me that they are the ones who did not care. By the speech of them who did not care, you will be able to identify that they do not care indeed. When I come across any one who is bold enough to tell me that this church does not care, I will be eager and courageous enough to ask the person on which aspect.

You are not made the judge of the house of God
You can’t come to a denomination and conclude they don’t care without any comprehensive statement to back up your claims. I have come to realise that some persons actually try to join a denomination, not because they are willing to yield themselves to help that denomination experience a new wave of revival, but they are there for assessments as though they where given a special assignment and it is their responsibility to be going about one denomination or the other to ascertain which church does not care.
When have people become the Holy Spirit to start convicting the church of its wrongs. No one was ever made to be the judge of the church. You can’t just step into a denomination that you are not among those who build it and start to condemn it with the statement that, that church does not care. Even if it does not care it is never in place or position to judge. It is never in your audacity to issue such prohibited statements that have the capacity to ruin the heart of many.

His resurrection ushered us a new and a better kind of life in God through Christ Jesus.
Our Lord and Master Jesus Christ is the originator and the bedrock of the new testament. From the very moment He declared His mission mandate according to the book of John chapter 4 verses thirty-four,
Jesus made His mission mandate clear to His disciples. There is more to life, its living and fulfilling of purpose than going after food. Food is important, do not quote me wrong but there are heavier matter in the kingdom which is soul winning. He told them His disciples His meat is to do the will of God and the finished His work.
That was fully the moment He made it known He was in to establish a new and a better covenant with better promises with the faith to do the extraordinary. This is the movement that fully reconciled us back to God and granted us eternal justification as though man never sinned. From Gethsemane, to Golgotha to calvary tree where He paid the ultimate price. His resurrection ushered us a new and a better kind of life in God through Christ Jesus.

You are responsible for your decisions
You should bear this in mind as long as you live that you are responsible for your decisions. I don’t understand the scenario behind some persons trying to make decisions of some certain things with the option to navigate its consequences. Some persons will make certain decisions with in their mind already have those to blame for the decisions they took. You hear them say, if not of so person I would not have taken that decision.

It sounds as though this person he or she is referring to has a gun on his or her head asking such person to make such ugly decision. You can be under pressure to take such decisions but still have it in your mind that that was your decision. Whatever that happens after you make any decision, you should be ready to face it knowing full well that it was your fault and no one should be held responsible for that.

Man existence in the first place was for an opportunity. Your existence is for an opportunity. You might be doubting this very fact because of the things surrounding your birth and what your family may be passing through at the moment. Everything is bright and beautiful when we realise that beyond any circumstances lies an opportunity for greatness. Greatness does not just surface, greatness is rapped with situation and circumstances.
You are in for an opportunity to prove yourself responsible and that will reveal your greatness. It is the problem you are able to solve that will prove your relevance and reveal your worth. You must understand that you are a solution bearer. Once we are conscious of who we are, that settled it. But we also need to embrace every responsibility nature post on us. There is no need to shy away from any given responsibility when we can make the best out of it.

Satan wants to eliminate you. Satan’s ultimate desires is to see you been eliminated. Devil is not happy with the existence of humanity. Devil’s greatest nightmare is that man stepped in to take the place of God here on earth. Whenever satan sees mankind it reminds him of God Almighty and how he devil was kicked out of heaven. Devil so much enjoyed God’s presence that he allowed pride get into him and that caused the devil’s downfall. Devil was completely kicked out from heaven as a criminal, not only he devil stole from the other heavenly being, his desires was to steal from God Almighty.

Of course he was dethroned, he bragged that God will never get anyone who can worship God the way he Lucipher does.
“You will receive an eternal punishment for treason,” God told Lucipher.

“I am a just God, for as many you lure to your side are going with you,” God said.

“How are sure if You give Your worship leader to any of the angels that they will not perform worse than I did?” Lucipher said
“For your interest, never again will I give My worship leader to angels. Do not forget I am Yehweh. I have a better plan concerning My worship leader, he is going to be like me. The one that will come out from me and he will exercise full dominion.”

Never you think you have given your best and since things are not working, it is time to quit. Why are we talking about your leadership needing connection in a time like this? It sounds absurd to some who will read through this very statement as you do right now. Your opinion may be that the greatest challenge and threat to the leadership of the African continent is the room of connection. Those who are not eligible and competent to lead have assumed the position of leadership which is as the result of the connection they have. And instead of them leading the people forward to access their future, they end up taking the people back and keep them in the state of stagnation.

Your connection to leadership should be to make the earth a better
The strive of many men to get connected into leadership is never because they have the people at heart, the strive of many men to get connected into leadership is because they thought that is the only way and means to get rid from poverty. Because poverty drew many into leadership, they end up embezzled the same fund that was made to serve the people. The same people they were to served, is the same people they are stealing from. What a misnomer. The same fund that was made for the public, they quickly converted it into personal fund. What a shame!

Do not compromise your belief

Your belief will be tested at some point in time. There was a scenario in the land of Babylon when a man Haman was promoted by king Ahasuerus, this is the king who had just throw away his wife and decided to take up another wife as a way to teach the women the act of total submission to their husband in everything. Soon as after that, there was plot to eliminate the king by two of the guards which was revealed before it was carried out.
When it came to knowledge of the king about what those men planned, of course they were executed and the king chose to reward Haman. Everything about the discovering what those men were into and their elimination, Haman was at the front forth of it. The king believed that Haman is a humbled and a loyal servant. King Ahasuerus promoted Haman the son of Hammedatha the Agagite, and advanced him, and set his seat above all the princes that were with him.

Be steadfast with your belief
Haman was made the next to the king that all the king’s servants reverence him. The king’s servants that were at the king’s gate do bowed and reverence Haman, because the king bestowed such audacity on him. But there was a Jew Mordecai by name who refused to bow to Hama, because he believed it is only God Almighty that deserved to be bowed. Even when the king’s servants at the gate pleaded with him and disclosed to him the implications of disobeying the king’s commandment, he still insisted on not bowing to Haman.
When the king’s servants found out that Mordecai could not adhered to their advice, then they decided to bring it to the notice of Haman. Mordecai told the king’s servants that man was never made to reverence a fellow man. That every reverence was to be attributed to God Almighty. He specifically told them that he is a Jew. When these men told Haman of Mordecai decision, they wanted to know if Mordecai decision will stand.
I believe that Mordecai must have told them so much about his belief which is strange to theirs. On that fateful day, Haman passed through as usual, when everyone else bowed, Mordecai did not bow. That really frit Haman. He never believed anyone could ever disobey his order, less the king’s order over him. That was the genesis of his combat with Mordecai. (Esther chapter 3 verses 1 to 5)

Faith is about what someone believes
When you have the privilege to question some persons about the subject of faith, they can’t tell they actually have faith or not. They believe that one claiming to have faith, he or she should experience a certain feeling within or outside the person for a prove he or she has faith. Little do they know that faith is never about how anyone feels. Faith is about what someone believes.
In the chaos where faith seem to drained, when you have the opportunity to interact with people and ask them how they are doing, their responds is always, “It is well.” That is faith been released. But to some it is a habit he or she might have grown up with. Saying it is well. To them it is about confessing positively but they never realized that was faith word been released. It do work out for them as they confessed even when they have little or no knowledge about the subject of faith and its operations.

No individual can depend on any another for him or her faith to grow
According to the scripture above, if everyone has a measure of faith, that simply means everyone has the responsibility to deploy his or her faith to work. There is no one who has that audacity to act on behalf of another person’s faith. It is an individual’s responsibility to make his or her faith work. No individual can depend on any another for him or her faith to grow. It is an individual’s power to nurture and grow one’s faith into action that brings tremendous impacts.
People exercise faith yet they are not aware they are exercising faith. I have seen young men who never prepared their meal as long as I know them. They always believe in going out in search of what to eat to quench their hunger. They have jumped from one restaurant to the other to order food to eat. Walking into a restaurant, you order for a food you do not know who cooked. You are not aware of what was used to prepare the food. They dished out the food with a plate you do not know how many people who must have eaten on the same plate. You did not know what was used to prepare the meal. Because you are hungry and you need to quench the hunger, you then believe that, that very meal will be ok for you. You believe that meal will be ok in your system without harm. That is faith in action.

Everyone was given an opportunity
The whole process about the creation of the earth was about creating an opportunity for mankind to have a taste of leadership to exercise authority and dominion to a kingdom called the earth. It was actually an opportunity for mankind to display his rulership as the king of the earth. Man was created on planet earth to rule. As long as the earth exists, it has placed an order of opportunity to everyone to take full responsibility to dominate his or her kingdom.
No one was throw down from heaven in the first place. Everyone came into scene through the processes of reproduction. You can’t say you don’t accept the process of reproduction because you never believe the fact that water and blood can come together to form a fetus that finally resulted to a complete human being. That you don’t believe that fact that human being can actually pass through that narrow path through the woman vaginal and finally out to the earth, does not make any difference that you actually went through that the same channel. Life and living is all about embracing the opportunity every breaking of the day throws on you.

Living with sonship in mind is the call duty of every believer. Unto the world a child is born, unto the world a son is given.
“For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.” (Isaiah chapter 9 verses 6)
Unto the world a child is born, unto the world a son is given. This signify that the child that was born is a unique child. He carried a divine mandate. When ever a child is born, a son is given for the sake of the divine responsibility he or she was designed to carry out to beautify the earth. There is no son who was ever given that does not have a divine mandate upon his or her life. A son was given and is in a son lies the solutions to the world problems.

We can’t leave the same way we found the earth.
There is no son who was ever given who is not in for the very reason to put a smile on the face of the earth to make the earth a beat lovely and better than we met it. You might not know it but the fact remains that we are in to solve a specific problem. The ways of sons is the ways to make things right thereby solving problems and eliminating the whole places. We can’t leave the same way we found the earth. The earth is a place for the living to do exploit.
You cannot be among the living without being among those who are creating tremendous impacts and transformation to the society. We can’t really imagine how far we can go to make things to happen when we actually put ourselves on the right path with God Almighty to the fulfilment of purpose. We can’t be among the living and our lives will not show forth that we are among the living by the innovations we were able to put in place.

Grateful heart is a tool to seal one’s miracle
Jesus during His ministry on earth was going to Jerusalem and was passing through the midst of Samaria and Galilee. On His way as He entered the village, there He met these ten men that were lepers. Though they were far off but they knew they needed helped and the hour of their visitation had come. Without hesitating, they lifted up their voices at the tip of their voices saying, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us.
There was this conviction in them that made them believed that Jesus can handled their predicaments and with that they put their trust on Him. When Jesus saw them, He did not do much as some persons around Him at the moment might thought. He only asked them to go and show themselves unto the priests. They believed His order and decided to obey Him. The amazing thing happened on their way, they were cleansed.
It was recorded that one of them when He saw that he was healed, turned back, going to the One that asked them to go and see the priests with a loud voice glorified God. Others saw him but they chose to ignored him. This man was so grateful that he was healed at his obedience to the instruction of Jesus. When he met Jesus, he fell down on his face at Jesus feet, and giving Him thanks. The bible said, this man was a Samaritan and never a Jew but he understood the act of thanksgiving.

That you are opportune to be closed to someone is never the license to start digging deep into his or her weaknesses. You should know that whatever weakness someone you are close to is facing is to let you know that it can happen to you. Yes, you can be a victim of such weakness. With this, you should know better that no matter the weakness anyone around you is facing, if you can’t be of help, never you be the one who will escalate it.
When I talk about escalate, I am talking about you not to be the one who will tell others about someone else weakness. You have to trust God as you pray for such person to grow strong and overcome such delima in his or her life. That you are not facing such weakness at the moment, it never a reason to boast. But it should be a reason to be humbled the more. Weakness is a catalyst to familiarity. Because you think you have seen him or her all. Then you believe you can nail him or her in the public any time there is a little misunderstanding.
Familiarity will make you nail someone in the public but little did you know you were actually exposing your level of ignorance. When you are the reason behind someone public disgrace, you are simply telling people that you cannot be trusted. When things escalate, anyone who makes a report about that person weakness, will always conclude it by it was revealed by, they will mention your name.

You can’t genuinely encounter God without a proof
There is a revelation behind Paul making such cry. It was not a usual cry. This is a cry that is backed with a deep revelation of man’s place with God. Paul was the one who persecuted the Christian body. He was zealous about persecuting the body of Christ. He led the troops that executed the death of Stephen. To as much as he could understand, he was doing the work of ministry which he was to. He was following his father Judaism and he was encroached by the zeal of Judaism.
When he took permission from authority to go after the Christians at Damascus, he was so eager to get such responsibility accomplished. Nothing in this life could stop him if not that the supernatural intervened. He was advancing with such enthusiastism and diligence to see the Christian movement drain into the mud. There is this burning fire in him that is pulling him to do something for what he believes in.

Your life passion should be in alignment with God’s will
He understood the legal way of doing things, that is why he went to the high priest demanding of letter so that he could driven with his threatening and slaughter against the disciples of the Lord. He was after both male and female as many as proclaiming the name of the Lord Jesus. He was faithful to the call about dragging Christian to jail. Of course he had a full back up and no one could restrict him.
Humanly possible he knew nothing could elude him, little did he know there is a supernatural of a kind. As he journey to Damascus seeking to visit the synagogues, he was trapped on the way. The glory from the Lord Jesus Christ, the light from heaven caught him and that was able to prevent his movement. He never believed such an occurrence will occurred, not until that very moment. All he knew at that moment was that he was on the ground and he began to hear the master voice.

Many relationship which took so much commitment and honesty to be built, had been destroyed by the factor of familiarity. You can find your way into someone who you are meant to learn from, may you never allow familiarity to step in.
Familiarity to my best understanding can destroy everything one has worked for and keep such person in abject regret. Many people destiny have been put to a pause simply because of familiarity. Those who were made to be at the top of a particular affairs in life, finally lost it all because they were so familiar with the person at the head and they failed to take and embraced their full responsibility that has what it takes to get them to the top and keep them soaring like the eagles.

It is in your power to detest any thought of familiarity
You have to put measures in place to help you handle familiarity. There is always clues that familiarity will always emerge. Familiarity is a cancer that has the capacity to take away someone life. Familiarity does no good as it seems to be, but it can destroy every thing that brings proper connection. Familiarity can make one talk to someone who has the connection to his or her next level in a bad mannner that will never end well between both party.

Everyone has a clay feet in one way or other. [/b]Therefore do not expect perfection from anyone you are looking up to. Those who ever allowed familiarity to stepped in, ever lived to regart their actions. Familiarity grows as time goes on. You don’t crucified people so badly that your thought was that they should be perfect. Do not grow with the motion to go close to people just to discover their weaknesses. When you aimed at people weaknesses, you will end shooting yourself thinking you are shooting someone else.
