It is obligatory that you have to believe in your leadership. If you do not believe in your leading who else will ever believe your leading. You have to believe in yourself if others will believe in you. You must have a clear understanding of who you are, and where you are going for others to be able to follow your leading. Leadership starts with an individual, and it reach out to others.

1. Believe you can lead yourself:
When you are able to discover who you are, and believe in yourself, you should be able to effective lead yourself. Effective leadership starts with leading oneself effective. You can take yourself on a walk for leadership. If you can diligently lead yourself, you can as well lead others. Do not be deceived, until you effectively lead yourself, people will find it difficult to follow your leadership. You see, you can’t take people where you have not been. You can effectively advise people to follow you to where you have not visited before. Leadership is all about being ahead of those you are leading.
“Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ.” (1Corianthians chapter 11 verses 1)

The miraculous power in the name of Jesus


It was apparent that this very man had been lame from his mother womb. They carried him to the gate of the temple to beg for alms. That has been his life all through as a child, through boyhood and now he is a man. He has accepted his predicament as part of his life and that nothing will ever make any difference to pull him out of his present condition. When he realised that he was born lame, he came to the belief that, that was how God ever wanted him to be.

How long this man has been in such condition we cannot ascertain. He is as old as the predicament has lasted. He was born into it and he lived into it. The fate that he was born crippled, the fate to live as a cripple and the fate to die a cripple was obvious to him. Whoever that ever disclosed or talked to him that he was going to stand and walk with his both legs, he will doubt it. 5 steps identification to what Jesus accomplished on the cross
There are things Jesus accomplished on the cross for everyone. If we must live a successful Christian life, there is need to understand what Jesus had accomplished for us from Gethsemane through Golgotha to calvary. We are in the world that is full of challenges that your belief must be tested. You are contemplating if you should go back to your previous life style and start to enjoy whatever that is thereIn. The way that seems right before men may be the way of damnation. When the bible instructed us to love your neighbour, it is not trying to tell us to love our neighbour beyond one’s understanding of love and the capacity one can discharge love. There is no controversy that no one can love beyond God’s love. For God is Love. No one should expect you or pressurised you to hurt oneself in the process to please someone else. That is not Christianity. I have seen people who go the extra mile to make others happy while they are not happy about the whole process. They are so driven about what people will say, while they are smiling in the physical, internally they are hurt. That is not what this whole journey of love your neighbour is all about.
“And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.” (Mark chapter 12 verses 31)

1. Love for your neighbour is not something to die for.
The only death that is worth dieing, is the one that God did on the whole process to restored man to his place of dominion by subjecting Himself to come in the form of flesh in the Person of our Lord and Master Jesus Christ. At the level you love yourself, Jesus instructed that you should love your neighbour. That does not mean you should kill yourself which is against your personal wish, trying to demonstrate how much you love someone.
You should understand your limit in this love your neighbour. Jesus died for all that no one should died for another. You can go the extra mile to demonstrate God’s love to someone else, but you will be sure that you are not harm in the whole process to the point that your faith will drain. There are things that are expected of us as we extend this love of Christ to one another. Do it willingly and you are never made to die for anyone. People may never appreciate your kind gesture of love towards them until they are able to suck life out of you.

You are born relevant

There is never a time man was thrown down on earth to start existing. The law of gravity would have played its course that when man must have landed, he cannot be traced from the distance he covered falling. There is never a time it was recorded that man came into existence from no where. There is never a time it was revealed that man is the true source of himself. There is never a time it was made known that the earth broke out in its own accord into a beautiful kingdom where man can find as a comfortable dwelling place.
In as much as some persons came up with there own ideology and controversy of revolution and the ecosystem trying to prove some fact without a clear basic, we are not ignorant of the fact that everything was created and they came into existence by purpose for responsibility. The attitude of the kingdom

There is an attitude of the kingdom that everyone who is privileged to step into the kingdom should stirs up. You are never expected to step into the kingdom, and continue with the old life attitude. Just as there are worldly attitudes installed by the devil after the fall of man in the garden of Eden, so is there are attitude accompany the kingdom of God. It is wise for every believer to know the difference.

“Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.” (Mathew chapter 7 verses 20)

It is obvious that when a person of the kingdom exhibit any attitude, from his or her attitude one can make a clear conclusion that he or she is person of the kingdom. By their action we shall know them. You can’t be in the kingdom and your attitude can clearly refer you as to another kingdom. That is an error from the pit of hell. If we are of the kingdom, we must live as kingdom citizens. As kingdom citizens, we must live right. There are attitude that are expected of us. We can’t live otherwise. People are watching. People are looking up to us. People are following our footsteps. Let’s always display the right attitude wherever we found ourselves for the glory of God Almighty.

7 points why men sleep
One of the major reasons why people do sleep is when they become familiar with God and the principles of the kingdom. That they are familiar with the kingdom principles is not that they have developed the right heart to be able to obey them, but they have made up their heart of the principles to accept and the ones they should not accept. It becomes disgusting the way some persons go about the things of the kingdom as though they were in the meeting where the foundation of the earth was held.
“But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.” (Mathew chapter 13 verses 25)
It is amazing the way some people will pick up the manual of life which is the Holy Bible, without fear and begin to ulter the verses that will be acceptable and the ones that will discarded. That is familiarity with God when men can now think they know it all or even have arrived in the level where they can believe they have acquired the wisdom of God. Familiarity with God could be dangerous which we are seeing in our society and the society at large. Familiarity has led to contempt with God and people.
There is familiarity with God that leads to one constantly humbling him or herself as he or she gets to know God better. This is not the familiarity that is driving men of these days. Men are becoming arrogant in the pursuit that they can now hear from God, even when they are not sure of the voices they are hearing. No genuine believer can grow familiar with God without growing more humble before God.

The foolishness of sin
Sometimes, many became victims of their own disobedience that they begin to regret living.
To the amazement of it all, when Cain grew furious and bitter about the whole scenario, God had to show up by Himself. God asked him, “Why are you wrath?” He failed to give God the right answer. God went ahead to explain to him where he did not get it right. He should have asked for an opportunity to make it right, and I can tell you God would have granted him such opportunity. His bitterness was so obvious that God had to warned him about the sin standing at the door.

It is a foolishness to repeat a mistake. That is the foolishness of sin. When one is warned about a particular sin, he or she goes ahead doing it. Sometimes, many became victims of their own disobedience that they begin to regret living. They began to wish that rewinding the hand of clock could be possible. Nothing at that moment could make sense to them to deliver them from the misfortune they found themselves into.

Are you a living church
We have to start with the question if you are a living church. It is very important to always keep one in check as we ponder on the right question. Whether you are a living church or not is never a question anyone should think embarrassed. The point there is the need to candidly put such awakening question in view to enable one keep check and have proper adjustment towards a proper alignment with God Almighty.

You don’t have to contradict God’s Word with your doctrine
This very question if you are a living church can have different meaning and different reaction to different kind of people. This might have sounded cool in the hearing of some persons, but it is never so with other persons. Some must have picked offense with the caption even without reading through the content, questioning the fact that such question proceeded from one’s mouth in the first place.
Some in their doctrine believe that none is righteous and none has what it takes to obtain the righteousness of God. The vessel for the Master’s used
It is obvious that it is not every vessel that can fit into the Master’s used. The Lord God Almighty has a standard of the vessel He can used. The vessel the Master’s will use must meet the standard. Anything less than the standard, cannot fit into the Master’s used. God cannot compromise His standards towards the vessel He can used. As much as the Lord God longs for the vessel He can use does not make Him lower His standard.
“Neither do men put new wine into old bottles: else the bottles break, and the wine runneth out, and the bottles perish: but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are preserved.” (Mathew chapter 9 verses 17)

I can’t forget in a hurry a scenario that happened in the time past. Though it has happened long ago but its impact is as fresh as it happens now. It was one of the December periods when everyone arrived home. December has always been a period of get together by the members of the family. It is a compulsory routine for everyone, wherever you are as a family member, you must strive to make it home. It is one of the happiest moments in the entire family.
On that fateful evening, for the fact that no one knows how long power holding company can be trusted. My eldest brother and I were going out when we decided to take along with us a container to buy fuel with for the generator. I went about searching for container and I finally searched one. It was one of the containers we used to buy fuel. Every thing was in tight and it was looking good. I quickly get into the car and my brother drove off.

It is the core responsibility of every believer to be glorifying the name of Jesus Christ as we live our daily responsibility bringing men and women to Christ. The journey of christianity is all about glorifying our Saviour and Lord Jesus Christ. Anywhere and wherever we found ourselves, let the name of Lord be glorify. Let the glory of God Almighty be reveal through us.

Every thing happened at its time
When they man at the beautiful gate asked for alms from Peter and John, that does not mean that is the first time those men have walked through that entrance to go and pray. That was not the very first time, they made it through there. That was not the first time they showed up at that very place that the lame man was able to set his eyes on them. They have been accessing that very entrance and I believe the lame man never asked them for alms.
What have changed this time that these men were passing and they heard the lame man asking them for alms. Probably, in the previous occasions he has been asking them for alms and they were given him cash. But that very moment, God wanted to glorify the Son, Jesus Christ. It was not an accident, It was designed that on that very day that God will glorify His Son Jesus Christ in the eyes of those who rejected and crucified Him.

Why God gave us work
There is purpose for everything under the sun of which work has its aim. In the kingdom nothing goes for nothing. There is no accidental occurrence in the kingdom. It is wise to know that work is part of life. Without work there is no living. Work is part of the essence of life. Life without work will not be better than a graveyard. All things were made by God Almighty to fulfill a specific course. God gave man work so that he can add meaning to life and make the earth beautiful.
“Man goeth forth unto his work and to his labour until the evening.” (Psalms chapter 104 verses 23)

You are in for a specific work to beautify the earth
As I ponder on this very topic to draw out the true benefits of one embracing fully the principles of work with a better understanding that he or she will never dies in the process rather he or she will turn out better and more experienced to run the course of destiny to its fulfillment. One needs to have the conviction that life becomes beautiful when one realises that work is part of life and the only way to transform oneself and the society at large.
As I dig deep into this very topic something popped into my mind that happens in recent times. We are still experiencing the raining season at the moment when people believe we should have been approached by the dry season. My wife noticed that there were more ants parading some particular corner in the house. That drew much concern as it irritates her. Of course she quickly drew my attention to that.

Your sin does not love you

She actually came to see Pastor not because she has truly repented from her sinful life.
I cannot forget the story of someone who has been living a rough life to the point of causing harm to her own body and organs.
She has been living a rough life all through her life. She sleeps around as no man business. She had committed abortions several times that it has now affected her womb. She actually came to see Pastor not because she has truly repented from her sinful life. She came to see Pastor because the doctor told her the implication and the repercussions that will befall her if she finally settled down with a man to be her husband. According to the doctor’s report, her womb had several holes and her chances to conceive is low. That is the doctor report.

Little did she knew that her sin of sexual immorality did not mean well for her
She remembered God when the doctor report was not favourable to her. No one can tell if she have had remorse at her first abortion or maybe not. May be those who conducted abortion upon her at previously were giving her the assurance that she was fine. To her, she might have believed she can always manoeuvre her way when situation like this shows up. Little did she knew that her sin of sexual immorality did not mean well for her.
This young lady is too pretty not gain the attention of men. She will want to settle down some day but she is the only one who knows her predicament. The opposite gender could know nothing about that. The truth remains that the sin she thought she can play through had caught up with her with a bitter experience of had I known. She was so calm, and I can imagine the regret that was going in her heart and all around her. There is no sin that loves anyone.

It is paramount that one must fixed his or her eyes on Jesus if he or she must live destiny to its fulfillment. No one can genuinely accomplished the course of purpose and destiny without first having a clear walk with our Lord and master Jesus Christ.

The kingdom journey is never run on emotions
The journey of life is more spiritual than the physical. There is no controversy about that, that those who are driven by what they see will always get stock in their journey of life. You have to always realised that man is first a spirit being that has a soul and live in a body. It is the first the spirit before the physical. Once conquered in the spirit, can conquered in the physical. You cannot continue to live your life on assumption.
This is very essential to our faith journey. The Christian faith is more of the spirit than the physical. We are not moved by whathatt we see; we are not moved by what we hear; we are not by what we feel; we are only moved by what we believe. What we believe as Christians is stronger than whatever that is happening around us. Things might not really be right around us, but once our belief does not Concord with , every thing will turn out right.

This church does not care

It is so common in the christiandom today to hear people who quickly arrived at the conclusion that this church does not care. Whenever I come across such people who lack the understanding of what the church really means and what it represents, I know they have an urgent need that only God can fulfill in their lives but they are seeking the fulfillment of such need in their lives from the wrong perspective.
When people arrive at the conclusion that this church does not care, it quickly dawn on me that they are the ones who did not care. By the speech of them who did not care, you will be able to identify that they do not care indeed. When I come across any one who is bold enough to tell me that this church does not care, I will be eager and courageous enough to ask the person on which aspect.

You are not made the judge of the house of God
You can’t come to a denomination and conclude they don’t care without any comprehensive statement to back up your claims. I have come to realise that some persons actually try to join a denomination, not because they are willing to yield themselves to help that denomination experience a new wave of revival, but they are there for assessments as though they where given a special assignment and it is their responsibility to be going about one denomination or the other to ascertain which church does not care.
When have people become the Holy Spirit to start convicting the church of its wrongs. No one was ever made to be the judge of the church. You can’t just step into a denomination that you are not among those who build it and start to condemn it with the statement that, that church does not care. Even if it does not care it is never in place or position to judge. It is never in your audacity to issue such prohibited statements that have the capacity to ruin the heart of many.

Powerful tools for the journey of faith

Everything that is applicable to life are good when one can afford them.
There are things that matters in life but should not be the high priority in our journey of faith. For one to look good is nice. Get one’s hair cut or well dressed is nice. Putting on decent expensive cloth if you can afford it is nice. Getting a good car is nice. Getting a good apartment is nice. Everything that is applicable to life are good when one can afford them. But it is never meant to determine our Christian journey of faith. If all these things are not available at the moment, we should go ahead to trust God knowing full well that He is going to provide everything at the right time.
“He has made everything beautiful in its time. He also has planted eternity in men ‘s hearts and minds [a divinely implanted sense of a purpose working through the ages which nothing under the sun but God alone can satisfy], yet so that men cannot find out what God has done from the beginning to the end.” (Ecclesiastes chapter 3 verses 11 AMP)

When we spend quality time meditating on God’s Word and go into action by declaring it will help the Christian believer claim what is ours.

3 people you should not fight

There are people you should not fight. It does not matter how hurt you may be, if you start fighting this one’s, it has a way to limit your journey to destiny. They are channel to your blessing. Devil understands this and he will always stirs up issues to make one goes against this order. When you fight those you are not supposed to fight, those you are meant to fight will receive a legal ground to defeat you.

1. Do not fight you father or leader:
Your father or leader sees ahead of you. There are things they see that their offspring does not see. Father and leader starts the blows of the enemy to get to us. You might not really realise their important until they are off the way. Developing the thought to fight either of them, is never a right thought. Such debauched thought can lead to disaster.
Do not fight them because you will kill your future. Fighting them is forfeiting one’s promised land. Your leader as long as he is genuine has what it takes to take you to your promised land. Your leader has the blue print to your promised land. Fighting your father and leader can result to untimely death.

Soul winning is the heart beat of God. Wherever you are, or where you find yourself, there are those you are meant to reach out to.

We as believers have to come to the understanding that Jesus actually came on earth for souls. Souls were perishing and Jesus came to save the souls that was perishing. That is why the ultimate goal of every believer is soul winning and for him or her to be a soul winner. You will lost the true content of Christianity when there is no place for soul winning. Christianity is all about soul winning, reconciling men and women, young and old to God. Christianity is well understood from the point of soul winning. You are saved to save others. Christianity is not about you, it is about bringing everyone under the Lordship of our Lord and Master Jesus Christ.
The early church understood her purpose and was committed to that. They understood the first principle of soul-winning. The first principle of soul winning states that you are won to win others. They understood there are people attached to individual destiny. No one was ever created to be an island. Wherever you are, or where you find yourself, there are those you are meant to reach out to.

My eldest brother and I were going out when we decided to take along with us a container to buy fuel with for the generator. I went about searching for container and I finally searched one. It was one of the containers we used to buy fuel. Every thing was in tight and it was looking good. I quickly get into the car and my brother drove off.

What shall separate us from Christ love

There are occurrence and situations in life that poses themselves to be able to separate us from the love of Christ. There is more we need to understand about the love of Christ Jesus towards humanity that even when we are yet sinners He came and died for us. He died for us, not because we are righteous. We were still swimming in the pool of iniquity when God extended His love towards mankind through given His only begotten Son Jesus Christ for the complete redemption of humanity.

There is need to live one's life with total yielding to the Lordship of our Lord Jesus Christ.

"Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or unclothedness, or peril, or sword?" (Romans chapter 8 verses 35)
There is a unique question before any believer as we make our walk with our Lord and master authentic. We must find the right answer to this very question if we must live out the same life that Jesus lived. No one who claims that he or she has a genuine walk with the Lord Jesus Christ when he or she is not conscious of the very question and stands his or her test of time to prove he or she is a faithful follower of our Lord and master Jesus Christ.
Why this very question is so necessary is because we found ourselves in a world which system is so debauched. It is a system that is contradictory to the original system which the foundation of the earth was laid and was given to man so that they can live to exercise and discharge full dominion on the planet earth. The system we are faced with, if one has not looked deep into this very question and make his or her beliefs clear, he or she might be a victim.

Many are called

"For many are called, but few are chosen." (Mathew chapter 22 verses 14)
When we come to the knowledge that we exist for a course, we should understand that the breath that we breath is not ours but of God. Everything about humanity is based on priviledge. We never bargained for it but God found us worthy to be granted such an awesome priviledge to be able to be among those He will reveal His glory through. No one should take such priviledge for granted.
Every living soul is among those who are called, but not every living soul is among the chosen. The criteria of being called is never in the hand or choice of anyone, but the criteria and ability of being chosen is in the hand and choice of every individual. God is never a man who will compromise His standards. The standard of God remain sure. It is in the power of every believer if he or she will be chosen. You are the one who will determine if you will be chosen or not.

You are part of God's plan that is why you are called in the first place

Everyone is called that is the fact we have to establish on this episode. You have a call of God upon your life. There is something significant about your existence and there is something unique about the responsibility you are created to carry out for the beauty of the earth and to the glory of the Lord God Almighty. Each individual's existence means alot to God's plan concerning the human race.
I have seen people who never believed the fact that they have a call of God upon their life. Whenever they hear people say you have a call, they react differently in a way of rejecting it. But that is never the point, the point here is that everyone who ever existed and those living have a call of God upon their. They were called into the scene for a specific purpose and responsibility. If you were not important, you wouldn't have made it.

The faith that works

In any situation in this life journey, there is a faith that works. I will like to share my personal experience as we look deep into this very captioned. I will never forget in a hurry when in early age as a boy of less than five years old. The day was bright and fair, my immediate elder brother and I went out as usual to enjoy ourselves playing the street football with other age mate around. It was so fun when we have such opportunity to play around.
That fateful evening my siblings and I were watching television. They were enjoying the television show but I was battling within myself. I was seriously experiencing this heart pain I do not know how to explain it to my siblings. It was not long when dinner was served. My immediate elder brother and my younger sister quickly went to do justice to it while I sat back at the parlour.
My mother served the meal and walked away. After a while she walked in again only to found out that my siblings were enjoying their meal while I encroached myself on the seat facing the television. My mother was amazed that I ignored food. She quickly asked,
"Abuchi are you not eating?"
"My heart is paining me," I replied, in a low tone.
"What did you mean you heart is paining you?" She asked with this surprised look walking up to me. She touched me to detect the temperature.

6 Reason few were chosen

"For many are called, but few are chosen." (Mathew chapter 22 verses 14)
We have to dig deep to fully understand why few were chosen. If few were chosen that means many were not chosen. I want to be among the chosen, and I believe so are you. There is a reason why those who were chosen were chosen. There were not chosen on the basis of sentiment. God is never a man that He would lie. Every thing in the kingdom runs on principle.

1. The few understand it was a priviledge that they were called in the first place.
We have to understand that any opportunity God is bringing there is never no reason to take it for granted. It is a priviledge to be called in the first place to grant us an opportunity to be part of what God has purposed in His heart to do. While some others were thinking it is their right to be called, some others were grateful that they never thought of it but they are living witness to it. While some others were existing for them been called, some others were living the reason why they were called.
"Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you." (John chapter 15 verses 16)

Value your responsibility

It is very vital and necessary to place so much value towards one's responsibility. There are much each individual needs to understand about the subject of responsibility that one should not negotiate it for anything. How important it is to live, no one can live effectively and impactful without being a person of responsibility. As important as breath is to humanity, so important is responsibility to the race of life and destiny fulfillment.
The only way one can show that he or she is alive, is when he or she is breathing. No one is actually living who is not a person of responsibility. Responsibility is the key that unlocks doors of opportunities. Responsibility is the ladder of elevation. No one can become better staying idle, one becomes better by being a person of responsibility. In the journey of life and fulfilling purpose, responsibility is everything. Embracing responsibility is the key factor everyone jumps up from the bed early in the morning.

Leadership begins with oneself

Leadership begins with oneself. You are the leader leading yourself. In your decision making, you are responsible for any decision you make, and that will going to make you or mar you. In any action you take to achieve a particular outcome, you are actively leading yourself. Whatever the outcome will be, you should be able to hold yourself responsible. No one should take the blame on the decision you took to go about things.
You must live to influence yourself if you must live to influence others. You must get yourself on the right track if you must live to get others on the right track. Leadership is all about leading oneself right and better, with that you will be able to lead others right and better. It is who you become in the process of leading oneself that you will live to lead others. The most important course in leadership is all about leading oneself effective and efficient. Once oneself get it right, exercising leadership and leading others will be easy.
