I got a call from someone who is also a nairalander and he told me he saw some of my designs on nairaland. He was outside the country and was scared of been duped because we haven't met before. He wanted me to design a 4 bedroom bungalow galow that will fit into their budget. After a long conversation trying to convince him he finally agreed to patronise me. He sent his surgery and brief and I went to work immediately. Sent him some drafts and we finally agreed on the final sketch. He was surprised and happy about the quality of the design, the fast delivery time frame and a seemless building plan approval . I got a very good commendation from him and his wife and they promised to link me up with their friends.

Not at all. The picture is just to let people know what the floor plan will look like after construction. Approved Building plan for already built houses can never be sold because it already has a name and location on it.
