Thanks for your contribution.. Taal17: Nothing to manage cos you can't increase your eggs. As women we are born with the number of eggs we have.
You only need one egg for any baby . You can improve the quality of the eggs you have
Find a good ivf hospital so you can improve your odds . People here can recommend a few
All the best. |

Thank you for your valuable input, I appreciate the feedback. MummyNeto: Your FSH is a bit elevated but that doesn't conclude that you have low ovarian reserve, you still need to do AMH test, that is what will indicate if you have eggs or not. PCOS, lifestyle, age and some herbs can elevate your FSH.
If after the AMH tests it's still the same, then you may be encouraged to use some supplements for egg quality or use donor eggs if you are going for ivf |

Hi everyone, please I would really appreciate any help or advice from this platform. I was recently diagnosed with low ovarian reserve, and I’ve attached my test results. Has anyone here successfully managed this either naturally or medically? Pls help a sister..

Thank you chandraluv....please What's the name of the hospital you got BFP? Chandraluv: Please stop beating yourself, it's not your fault. Those people are thieves. They don't show you what they are doing so you are not unto them. They will only show you diagram and be explaining the stupid diagram to you. We were three that did transfer none was positive and the Dr refused to see us that he is very busy, thank God they said he was busy we would have spent more money aside the more than 5m he collected I believe the only way to get positive results there is if you go with someone that knows him personally if not you will just be among their sacrificial lamb. My anger is them collecting money knowing that they won't do anything for you not that anything is seriously wrong with you that can't be fixed. Sis your post brought out my anger, my husband said he wants to sue them. Thank God I met another Dr who is not after money but positive results and I got my positive there |

@ blendy77 @Blendy, thanks for your thoughtful input. The hospital I was referring to is PF Medicals. I’ve never been pregnant before or after marriage, and I’m currently 32 years old. Before we started IVF, my husband’s sperm count was perfect. The hospital conducted an HSG, which they said was fine, and the fibroids seen were just small seedlings with no significance. The doctor also kept saying my lining was perfect, though most of what was written in my file were just diagrams. Since they assured us all my tests were fine, we went ahead with egg collection , 7 got to the embryo stage, all grade A. We proceeded with the first cycle and I followed all drug and injection instructions carefully. After the 2 week wait, the test came back negative, and there was no clear explanation. We took a break and were left with 4 embryos. Before the second cycle, the doctor suggested a hysteroscopy to check for possible causes. When I asked for the result, I was only shown a diagram and told there were just small polyps which had been removed. We decided to proceed with the second cycle and also did PRP. The lining was again said to be perfect, but unfortunately, it still came out negative after the 2week wait. Honestly, I’m still trying to understand what could have gone wrong, especially since everything seemed fine medically. Blendy77: IVf is not 100% anywhere Sis so don’t blame the hospital too much (even though I don’t know the hospital u are referring to since u didn’t tag any message). Sit down and do a thorough evaluation of ur body and ur medical report. Are ur tubes opened or blocked? Do u hav polyps? Fibroid? Endo or Adeno? Hav u been pregnant before in the past whether before marriage? What’s ur age range? How is ur hubby’s sperm? What was ur endo lining before transfer? What did u do differently from the first in ur second transfer? These and many more questions u need to sit down and evaluate after which try to find solution to most of them before u proceed on another IVF. If ur tubes are blocked with hydrosalpnx it’s best to take them out or clip them permanently. Was hysteroscopy done before the IVf? Many good clinics now conduct HSG and hysteroscopy ascertain the condition of the tubes n uterus before transfer. Don’t just rush to another clinic cos u will feel worse if you dont get results. Take it easy on yourself and don’t feel too bad cos these Thgs happen. Most hospital put in their best to ensure the patient gets results. All the best. Sending u baby dust |

I cycled with them last year, but unfortunately, my first IVF attempt was not successful, with no clear explanation as to why. I was advised to do a hysteroscopy to find out the cause, but the results came back fine. I then proceeded with a second trial since I had three embryos left, but that too was unsuccessful. Since leaving the hospital, no one has followed up with me, which makes me feel like their focus is more on money than patient care. At this point, I am mentally, emotionally, and financially drained. Please, I would greatly appreciate it if the community could refer me to a reputable hospital where I stand a better chance of achieving a positive result. |
