Did mine same sagamu on January 15, it was a normal HR questions. Tell us abt ursef, ur skills etc

It has been done, however i mean, is it possible one fail this Culture assessment test? owing to the fact that, a candidate might gather people together to answer those questions, since it's under nobody's supervision

If No, then what is the next stage?
Cos i feel there should be a kind of another assessment of the candidate, IMO...

Actually every option in the questions were right but every company has work culture, so they will likely select those that choose options that most suit that particular job function in that company. The nxt stage should be interview invite based on my experience.

So i got the mail yesterday, answered the "questions" if they were even questions.. But i haven't gotten an acknowledgement of any sort that something was done or that they had received it.
For those that did the assessment, was there some form of reply after the test was done?

No any immediate feedback or reply. in my own case i got interview invite two day after i did my culture fit test. Good luck to you.....

She doesn't know about Nairaland hence the reason I'm posting this on her behalf.

She did apply for the recent advertisement put out by the aforementioned organization and she has been asked to take a CULTURE ASSESSMENT TEST.


Please, who has experience about it, what is it all about?

What are the likely questions to be expected.

NB: it is an online assessment with time span.

Just an advice, if you're asking for the sake of an interview with them, don't give them a price. Force them to give you a range on what they budgeted to pay. Read up on how to bargain a salary...

That one was for the Agbara factory..this current one is for the Sagamu factory.
Location is this difference.

These companies do allow their branches to recruit by themselves.

I have a drawback on this Nestle recruitment exercise.
I wrote the just concluded aptitude test. I have no problem passing the test, but my challenge is The Interview.

Nestle require experienced technicians from FMCG companies which I do not have. In fact, I have never worked in a factory before. I really do not know what to answer them when begin to ask me question about working as a technician.
Could they possibly employ those without prior knowledge of the work or do I have to pretend like I have worked in an FMCG company before?

how many years experience did u put during the excel application. as per the interview if u are called God can let them retain u cos dey will stil introduce u to training. even if u av worked in fmcg before the machine u ar familiar with might b different frm d one nestle want u to handle, so they wil train u first.

internal candidate are those already working in nestle factory that wish to be production technician example their casual workers, contract workers, unskilled workers etc while external are people like u and me that av nt worked in Nestle before.
