Wch location did u choose on ur DS160 form?? If it was lagos n u have already submitted ur form.. I would "suggest" u fill another DS160 form n choose abuja.. cos if u change only ur appointment location from Lagos to Abuja, I "feel" ur current Ds160 would not be acknowledged at the Abuja embassy but rather Lagos where u chose.
So again, I would suggest u fill another form as soon as possible but check first the earliest appointment date in Abuja b4 anything else.. cos it changes every sec

Was denied visa yesterday at the Abuja embassy.. don't know wot I did wrong. I intend applying again nxt week. Below is d convo I had with the VO.

VO: Good morning
ME: Good morning.. how are u 2day?
VO: Good
VO: have you travelled out of Nigeria before
ME: No
VO: Does your husband have a valid US visa
Me: No
VO: Do you have any relative in d US
Me: No
VO: What do you do 4 a living
ME: I own a supermarket
VO: How much is your monthly income
ME: 1 20K
VO: (pause) types... How much do u earn again?
ME: Tld him
VO: What does your husband do
ME: He's a managing director at....
VO: sorry you are not qualified at this tym.. hand me the green paper.

Congrats!! I and my LO were denied 2day from the abuja embassy, though my DH dint apply with us. I also ve a virgin passport. Where did u apply.. Lagos or Abuja

Kindly need your urgent advice...Am a 1st tym traveller, and I want to collect my b1/b2 visa...want to enquire if it's necessary to also apply and pay for my child who is a year old? Or how do I go about the procedure..pls help.. thanks
