If you read through my previous comments, I've addressed or answered this. You need to request for a new offer / deferment for a September start date , updated medicover if this is excluded from your tuition etc and email to the embassy.
Good day ICaSNg, pls do you have any idea if Irish embassy visa section have resumed for work? because my Appeal had been submitted since January and have not had anything from them..Although have already deferred my admission till September intake and have forwarded the new admission letter and school fees receipts to their mail box since February before lockdown......

I've not received a response oh.
I also submitted my upfated letter and I've not heard from them yet.
I don't know what to do at this point.
I submitted since first week in January but I was sent a mail from Irish embassy that appeal takes 12 to 14weeks.....let us be hopeful

@ICaSNg Good morning, please my study visa appeal is pending in the embassy for february session of Griffith college. I understand that it is automatic deferment to September.

However, I'll like to ask if you think my decision will be released at the stipulated time or it will be released with decisions sent later on for September VISAs?

Which one is appeal again
when someone is refused a visa, embassy will give someone opportunity to Appeal within 2months and if Appeal is granted the initial visa will be reversed

You are suppose to defer the admission send latest admission offer to the embassy so they won't base their judgement on the fact that admission is over then resume September but wait till end of feb

..Thanks abuhusna1, my question is I have been given an admission already for February 2020 but my Appeal is still pending with the embassy ,so Pls can I still resume because I think school is already in section and pls when is the deadline for online registration for semester 2.Thanks for ur quick response.

Please note... If you plan coming to Ireland please don't ever try to go to China because Ireland is currently stopping all Chinese from coming in. Griffith college passed a circular that they have been told to put a hold to admission of Chinese students from China because of corona virus
