My is a permanent resident of the US. He suffered a stroke and in Coma for a couple of days before he got out of it. Spoke with the Dr and he advised that a family member needs to be with him as he would require hell for physiotherapy and help with using the bathroom and all. I intend traveling to the US to be with my Dad. I would take a leave of absense at work to spend 3 months with him. What are my chances and also would a statement of account be required.
