Base and commission means you get paid for handing out the flyers and a percentage for every customer that comes through you.

You will also need to understand our services so you can talk about it and have the ability to communicate with confidence. We pay based on a base and commission. An after school program in Lekki, Lagos is looking for a computer programmer and graphic design tutor. The ideal candidate has a degree and is good at teaching. You will be using scratch and teaching technical things to children not older than 16 years of age, so you should be able to communicate technical terms in a simple to understand manner while keeping things fun and engaging. You should be a maker that can initiate projects and also follow curriculum/order. Be available between the hours of 1 and 6pm Monday to Friday and possibly weekends.

You get N1000 for every client you refer to our free tutoring session. All they have to do is have them sign up for an hour long tutoring session that is free for their primary/secondary school child and if they stay on board, you get N1000 for every person you refer to us.
