Please I need your help and advice on an issue at hand on school visa processing.

I just got admission to Oregon State University for a master degree in international business management to resume in late August 2022.Here is my dilemma or questions.

After paying part of initial school fees deposit and submitting my bank statements using my wife as sponsor: ,the school is requesting for my dependants passports and details to be uploaded on their portal before they issue my i-20. The plan is for me to travel alone first and settle before inviting my wife and children over.
1 Can the i- 20 be issue to me alone by the school if I tell them I am going alone?

2. Will my family be able to join me later if I failed NOW to supply to the school my wife and children passports and birth certificates?

3. On i-20, do we have two set of i-20 on F1 and F2?

4. We are expecting a new baby by June, how can I include the baby in the visa and information plan ?

5. And where it is advised that I give the school my children int passports: can I upload this expired int passports to the application portal?

6.. Will I still be able to meet visa date before August resumption date?

Somebody should please give advise on how to navigate this issues raised. Thank you
