How are you to address the error message "unable to process Your application, errors are stated below" meanwhile, there are no errors below and you can't proceed neither can you go back to the previous menus. Did anyone encounter this challenge?

the two(2) person per state thing is not statutory. if it was, they wouldn't have reduced it to one(1) person per state last year.
lets keep our fingers crossed and see what they will come up with this time since its within the country
