please has any direct entry students being admitted

i finished from FCE(special) with 13points in Computer education/special education and applied for Special Education in UI , what are my chances,I had C4 and C5 in my o'level

Please l was unable to change my course by 8pm yesterday....and someone said d coc was closed by 12.am midnight
Medicine merit 76.5 ,elds 71.33 and l had 71.292
I don't even know what to do ??
I am from Kwara state , don't know if it's an elds state or not but l don't know why l was unable to change course

this won't be fair at all if ui gives 71.3 nd above medicine under the excuse that they are from educationally less developed states. Because we that had 74 nd 75 they said we should change course because our states are not ELDS most of all those students don't actually even school in those state they jz bear the state name and school in educationally more developed states. And this is really painful to us
