They now believe the social media is the ultimate damager of reputations and blackmailing tool.
Once they are dissatisfied with something,feel they weren't paid well or simply out of spite feel they can destroy a business,institution or person,they rush to the social media and post or say anything because they know there are many imps and f ools out there that would believe and support anything they say or post without asking questions.They also feel no one can hold them accountable for their posts on the social media,no matter how false and damaging,so it's a free reign out there.
So the boy just went to a hospital,had his kidney harvested without the narrator being aware?
Or he thinks you can harvest someone's kidney without having had some hospital visits,prior tests,without making sure it's a match for the recipient.He thinks a kidney is something you collect and store till u see a buyer?
The brother narrating this may have been asked how much they were paid.When he mentioned something like 500k or 1million,his questioner screamed and told him he had on good authority that the recipient's family paid the hospital 20 or 30million for the kidney alone,asides the operation.That the hospital massively cheated them.Hence his crying to us now to give the impression he wasn't in the know from the get-go of what his brother was going to the hospital for and what he went in for the specific day the kidney was harvested.

This should be a matter of urgent attention. What kind of fuccckeerryy is this!!!?
But kidney!?? how is the family fully sure it's the kidney being "harvested"...? I hope they'll take the boy to a proper hospital to check and if that's the case, this is a matter that shouldn't be taken lightly at all. All relevant agencies and organizations should be tagged so as to fast track justice.
