Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities, Non-Academic Staff Union of Universities and Associated Institutions and National Association of Academic Technologists has been directed to commence indefinite strike on Monday Dec, 4th, 2017
Infonet Gathered that the reason for the strike is dissatisfaction over the sharing of the 2 Billion Naira from the government.

JAC claimed that a very small amount of the money was given to SSANU, NASU and NAAT while the lion share of the money was given to the Academic Staff Union of Universities adding that the government failed to explain how the N23bn was shared between ASUU and the non-academic teaching staff unions.

The Joint Action Committee had earlier sent a letter to the Federal Government asking that the criteria for the allocation be explained. The time given for the FG to respond has elapsed and yet no response.

In view of this, the union has directed all its members to resume indefinite strike action as from 12 midnight, Sunday, December 3, 2017. During this period, the strike shall be total and comprehensive.

The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has released its approve centers for UTME 2018 Registration.

There is no indication at the moment to ascertain if the registration centers will also be the exam center for each candidate. The exact exam centre for each candidate will be indicated on the original registration slip or the re-printed slip.

Please note that the 2018 UTME registration has not officially commenced, However the list will help candidate to know the closest CBT centre to process the UTME Registration when it finally begins.

Released by Foundstone, its multithreaded and asynchronous techniques make this program extremely fast and versatile. SuperScan can do ping sweeps and scan any IP range. The attacker can also compile a list of target IP as a text file and use SuperScan to extract this list for scanning. The visual interface allows the attacker to view responses from connected hosts. The built in editor allows manipulation of port list and port descriptions. The advantage is that certain ports can be skipped as the ping results can be analyzed before hand to make the scan faster. The tool can be used to connect to any discovered open port using user-specified "helper" applications and then assign a custom helper application to any port. The attacker can also choose to save the scan list to a text file for future reference. The scan can be done slowly as well by controlling the transmission speed.
