What's the bank for? Why is the first partner(Tugrow Logistics) not investing the second time?

Regarding the bank loan answer is that choices defer couple with different bank policies....

Private funding is still a system of business growth used all over the world especially when all parties are sincere and credible.

And regarding Mr Tugrow i think he is a big name here on nairaland business section and our contract was a 2months partnership for a different business and amount..so he is not obligated or mandatory that he partners with me on every venture.

Man i assume you have been a victim but this is a Business partnership aimed @1 person i didn't come here to gather 100 people.. Even in the formal sector companies, banks, government sometime merge to achieve a goal..

Sourcing for a business partner is different from promising huge returns to a large crowd of persons..

If you have a 3million naira project and you have only 1.5million you are left with many options which include Fund raiser or selling off certain percentage of the business,angel investor or seek for a Merger just like in this case!!!

500k might sound big to you but 500k is just 7% of 7million naira paid monthly..

That is why number 3 says All Cash transactions are made only after meeting..
We have partnered with other business men here and that was the process that was followed..mostly with our lawyers

It will be stupid to do such transactions without a meeting and proper legal documentation to guide both parties.

Note: 500k is about "7%" interest rate of Seven Million naira...

We are in need of a reliable & serious business partner to expand an already established business..

It is highly important to note that in modern day business sphere it is salient especially when all due diligence has been carried out to form a partnership on business growth.

We have been in existence and we have made series of business partnership here on nairaland the last been on our cucumber farm in October 2019 of which we Searched and met an Amazing partner here on NAIRALAND and we contracted after he made his due checks and was satisfied..and we delivered 100%.

We are however set on establishing a new partnership on one of our already existing firm and we will cover 50% of the cost of purchase and expansion leaving the other 50% to our partner which will result to a 50% share of monthly profit for a period of 18-24 months depending on our terms of contract.

Your Estimated monthly profit (Return on Investment )is capped at between N 500,000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand Naira) to N1,000,000.00 (One Million Naira) depending on Sales Volume on every Month..( Representing 7% Monthly interest)

(1) For the Sum of 7,000,000 Partnership Your Monthly Profit you get from sales is minimum of N500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Naira) Every Month Representing 7% interest Rate.. e.g (At the Lowest Rate you will be paid Five Hundred thousand Naira Monthly For 24Months
Which Will Result to 12Million Naira in Profit at minimum.

(2) After The Expiration of 18 or 24 Months depending on what we settle for,You will be given back your Partnership Fee of Five or Seven Million naira depending on which you settle for.

(3) Any Partner who is willing to take up this offer, a meeting between you or your Agents and our firm must first be made before any transaction is carried out by our respective Lawyers, Only after you are dully Satisfied.

(4) Profits will be paid at every End of The Month to the Partner and the least Total Profit for 24months will be Twelve Million Naira (N12,000,000), while 18 Months will be Nine Million Naira Minimum (N9,000,000).
