I was at the bank recently and they said CBN made an order to stop international transactions on debit cards, please I wanna know if it's only on access bank on other banks as well, they were telling me to open a dormiciliary account, if I wanna make any AliExpress orders and my debit card will no longer work

Hello, since weekend now, I have been having issues shopping on AliExpress with my access bank card, does anyone else have that issue too, I'm just trying to make an order of 26 dollars, so I'm not going beyond any limit but access bank keeps rejecting it

If you ordered through DHL or FEDEX you'll most likely pay but if it's through AE standard shipping they might just collect 1k from you
