In man u's match there were a lot of worrying issue but ofcourse it will be pointed to as a tactic by SAF.

Giggs messed up a good part of the match, ronaldo changed position and still nothing comes off it and what we hear is that it aint that bad cos they were playing away and ours was worse cos we played home.

Thats how it was when JM was in town. I wonder what they will say when they get JM to carry over from SAF.

It is always expected that we go on flawless; I wonder why. it is more shameful now, according to these lads, for chelsea to draw (and still top the table) than for even the defending champions to draw and not be at the top position (Bleep the game in hand cos they wont get full 3 points off of that)
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Chelsea Fans: Identify Yourselves Here by cabali(m): 11:13pm On Nov 22, 2008
But I dont see anything in believing so much in scolari as much as I do not see anything wrong with the play today. It could happen to anyone. It happened to Manu and they say it is because it was away and a whole lot of excuse.

What nateevs is trying to point out is that when these things happen to other clubs there is a good explanation for it but when it happens to chelsea, it means the coach is messed up or the owner is misplaced or the colour blue is a dreadful colour.

If y'all havent noticed, we top the league after all this so why are we having a sledge hammer hit us when others go off with a warning??

Thats the point!

dayokanu:
Why do some employers award Staff of the year/month when these staff are basically doing what they are employed and paid to do?

Fashola does not need to perform like Lincoln or Clinton to be praised because countries differ.

Any ruler who stops war in Sudan/Iraq/Afghan would be a hero and any president who brings inflation to 100% in Zimbabwe would be canonised.

Nobody makes manifestoes of I would build road, I would give electricity or I would give water in the US because these are norms

If anyone can improve significantly on the norm, he deserves heaven high praises
like Lincoln and Clinton get
Please help us tell these jokers; only they still wont make a thing out of this and that, to me, is a crying shame

Prof John:
i think we are in a lawless society.
i have highly respect Mr Fashola and his ruling ideas, but this very act pease me off. How could a S.A.N., an advocate of the law and a learneth personality of his kind just wake up and the only advice available to him is to shut down a whole market, not some shops or what ever, but the whole business arena. He is too much for this kind of embarrasement. He could have follow due process, which is pre-inform the affected people, go on air and announce the govt aim and the conseqeunce, then strike if all that yield no result. We are not in a touting society. Do you see what he did? He knew that every thursdays is market sanitation in Lagos state and that all business opens from 10.00am, so they planned and invade the villa before people could resume that morning. If they knew what they are doing is right, why not come in the day time and send people away after warning them of any resistance?
And the worst of all, some people are saying "go to the western world and see how they pay taxes" undermining the processes and how thoses taxes are being utilized. Here in Nigeria, we pay various taxes, from VAT to local govt dues, and if ever the govt wish to introduce or enact any other measure, it should have go through the right process and it will be welcome.
I want to say at this time that this man is driving ernestly towards failure, if i may put.
We should be wise and rise to civilian dictatorship.
Thank you all
How someone can call himself prof and be this shallow beats me to the floor! It will be even more shallow to reply such a poster!

@ Kobo

Good you have heeded my advice and u have therefore some humour in it to ease the pressure. There is nothing you can do about it. What have you even done for ur people huh? U will never know how it is!

just watch that blood pressure cos we are proud we have a governor that has started using our money to make life easy for us. You just remain silent cos it really does not affect you directly right?!!
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Chelsea Fans: Identify Yourselves Here by cabali(m): 12:27pm On Nov 22, 2008
I dont know is wrong with LPS; he has just started, we should not expect him to be like mourhino. I have faith and feel he will do well though I am a bit concerned this is his first club assignment in a long while.
Politics › Re: Lagosians: Is Fashola The Expected Messiah? by cabali(m): 8:49am On Nov 22, 2008
@ kobo

if u do an honest poll u will find out the people who work for you cant stand your arse.
You are the type who wont support the rewarding of staff for job well done simply cos that is what they are paid for.

why do people praise clinton or abraham lincoln till date? Did they not just do what they were voted to do?

if the praises annoy u, i suggest you leave cos he's gon' get praised for every achiement and you just might have a heart attack
Business › Re: Entire Computer Village Shut Down Over Tax by cabali(m): 8:32am On Nov 22, 2008
Dont mind the clowns against fashola. They want lagos the commercial nerve of the country to be cheap. As if new york is cheap. Go to port harcourt for business and see if u will last long due to tax.

i dont know if it is amust to live in laggos. Calabar is a nice town do u think they got there without heavy tax'

Meanwhile they have been asked to relocate to another area since by Tinubu; they refused. Now they are staying where they arent supposed to and not paying taxhuh

That is unacceptable
Politics › Re: Lagosians: Is Fashola The Expected Messiah? by cabali(m): 9:52pm On Nov 21, 2008
you have made comparisons one time or another.

Look! y'all can hate it or not!! The guy does well, he WILL be praised! you dont like it, eat a d!@k and thats finally.

Donald did it in Cross River and he is still praised till today! if it all annoys you then you are probably the type that will go in as governor and not perform a quarter as much as what Fashola has done so far in your entire reign period

in the news it was said the guys have been ignoring threats abt the closure and so it was closed based on tax evasion and environmental violations. if they pay their taxes why havent they come up with receipts and all??

And how come some of the interviewed are asking for more time considering the approach of the yultide??

They know what they have done. WE support Fashola and for those that dont support him, y'all probably dont pay ur taxes too and trust me the way it is going, The government is coming for you - SOON!!
Business › Re: Entire Computer Village Shut Down Over Tax by cabali(m): 9:20pm On Nov 21, 2008
the governor has already shown everyone what he is using tax payers money for. We that pay our tax are happy about it. we want it to continue.

Anyone who does not pay tax should not only be cut off access to his business but should be left behind bars.

If you dont like it LEAVE LAGOS PERIOD!!!!!
Business › Re: Entire Computer Village Shut Down Over Tax by cabali(m): 9:16pm On Nov 21, 2008
I pay my tax constantly and a lot of us do. Anyone who does tax evasion or is accused of environmental disorder, should be sentenced to a beat down by all those who pay taxes
