franchasng: Very honest, brave and simple President. Does not hide anything, he tells you as it is.
My kind of person. We don't hide our feelings to make anybody happy. So long as we are doing the right thing, anybody that wants to be unhappy is free to be.
Donald Trump is doing the right thing. Venezuelan people will enjoy and benefit more partnering with US and allowing US manage their resources for the time being until a credible government is established than leaving it in the hands of drug barons who partner with wicked Chinese.
Same way I wished US government will come and manage our resources and even security, Nigeria will become better than what it is today under soulless Nigerian politicians wrecking Nigeria and plundering our common resources without any visible progress for decades now.
Before you quote me, ask those that have worked with Chinese companies or employers how they were treated, and ask those that have worked with US company how they were treated.
Ever since China bought Adax Petroleum in Nigeria, go and check the welfare of the staffs. Compare it with US owned Chevron or Mobil oil staff welfare and then you will understand that Venezuelan crude oil is better in the hands of America than in the hands of Venezuelan drug cartels working with stingy/racist Chinese and racist Russians.
I speak as someone who has worked with US owned company outside the United States.
Thank you all for your attention to this matter That's impunity |

Arafat2022: *BREAKING ATTENTION: PDP MEMBERS, STAY IN YOUR PARTY AS YOU ARE MORE SECURE THERE*
Some ADC members have been quick to mock the PDP, claiming it is riddled with crisis and litigation. Unfortunately, a few of our members have bought into this narrative. It is important to separate facts from propaganda.
The only litigation involving the PDP concerns its national convention, and this is a matter the entire country knows the party fully complied with constitutional and legal requirements. That case is already at the Court of Appeal, which means PDP has successfully passed the first-instance stage.
In contrast, all ADC cases are still at the trial court (first-instance) level. Not a single one has received a substantive judgment. Meanwhile, party primaries are fast approaching.
ADC congresses are also imminent, and Nigerians should pay close attention to what various factional groups within ADC are planning.
An ADC member recently claimed that David Mark’s NWC is currently on the INEC portal. While that may be true for now, it takes just one court judgment against David Mark and ADC for those names to be removed. Once that happens, all candidates produced under that leadership automatically become null and void.
The real danger with ADC is that all its cases are stuck at the first-instance level, and we are already in January. Even if judgments are eventually delivered, the timeline for appeals and a possible Supreme Court decision creates serious uncertainty.
PDP members should therefore remain calm and confident. Your party is legally safer and procedurally more secure than ADC. Amala and Gbegiri convention Seyi is going to SDP |

Foreign Affairs › Re: Saudi Arabia Bombs UAE Ship Carrying Weapons To Yemeni Rebels by Cajal(m): 5:03pm On Dec 30, 2025 |
TruthHurts1: The situation in Yemen is essentially like this:
Before 1990, there were two countries called Yemen:
1. The Yemen Arab Republic (YAR), also called North Yemen, which had its capital at Sana'a.
2. The People's Democratic Republic of Yemen (PDRY), also called South Yemen, with its capital at Aden.
These two states officially unified to form the current Republic of Yemen on May 22, 1990.
A separatist group called the Southern Transitional Council (STC) was created in Yemen on May 11, 2017 because the people of Southern Yemen no longer wish to be in a united Yemen and they want to go back to the independent status they enjoyed before the United Republic of Yemen was created in 1990.
To further complicate matters, you have a religious dimension with the Houthi Rebels who are Shiites.
Most Yemenis are Sunni Muslims, however there is a significant Shiite minority population led by the Houthis who are backed by Iran which is the largest and most powerful Shiite country in the world.
The Houthis are essentially fighting a Holy War against Sunni Muslims in Yemen in order to impose Shiite Islam on them, something which the Saudis who are staunch Sunnis have vowed will never happen.
So Saudi Arabia is essentially fighting on 4 opposing fronts:
They're fighting against the STC separatists;
They're fighting against the UAE who are backing the STC separatists;
They're fighting against the Houthi Shiite Rebels; and
They're engaged in a cold war with Iran who is backing the Houthi rebels.
Iran will probably want to drag its other regional puppet, Hezbolla into the conflict and things could get very messy, very quickly.
2026 is shaping up to be a frightening year for the Middle East with the way things are going. Thanks brother Majority of those shites are not Muslim Only the sunni will be accepted by Allah |
