@ Poster - If u are in 9ja u don’t have problems but in yankee it’s a big one financially, morally etc. just be careful on whatever decisions u take before u find yourself in yankee jail. at this time play your card peacefully with her and tactically help her to get back to the shameless family she comes from. |
@mbulela, God bless you, Amen. |
@Obyann I hope u got the message. Lets not live in fantasy. |
This is rubbish anyway. |
Fashola agitation for state police lack merit, this will be a treat to the lives and properties of Nigerians. This will strengthens the power of the separatists which eventually will lead to civil war. I suggest asking the federal for more police m/w and sharing the cost of additional police. |
The problem with most of us is Math, with 1.7M outputs we are going nowhere. Guys focus more on math than grammar. ![]() |

Guys, this is what they don’t want you to know. HOW TO CALCULATE COST OF LABOR FOR BLOCK SETTING If the average cost of 9x9x18 block is 120 naira the cost of setting one block should be between 25 – 60 naira Setting 3000 blocks for a bungalow this should be: MIN 25 naira/block you have 25 x 3000 = 75000 naira; MAX 60 naira/block you have 60 x 3000 = 18000 naira. The above calculations will help to make better decision when negotiating. HOW TO CALCULATE QUANTITY OF CEMENT NEEDED FOR BLOCK SETTING - 2 bags of cement (50kg/bag) is good to mix 12 head pans of sand; - The above mixture is good to set 100 blocks. for 3000 blocks this what you need 2 bags of cement = 100 blocks C bags of cement = 3000 blocks C = (2 x 3000)/100 = 60 bags of cement only to set 3000 blocks. |
Please use this method to calculate the quantity of block: B = p/46 * R, B - quantity of block; P - perimeter in cm; R - number of rows; 46 - lenght of 1 block naija standard in cm. e.g if u have a room of 550 x 550 cm, for the foundation calculate as follow: P = 550 + 550 +550 +550 = 2200 cm R = depend on land and other factors, take for example 4 rows as per standard now u have B = 2200/46 * 4 = 191 blocks - from foundation to win level 4 rows, from win to lint level 5 rows, after lint 2 rows ![]() try it! |
