Good day

I have been doing some research on how to create a AIRTIME and DATA AUTOMATION website but am still lost.

I came across this website SMEPLUG which has almost all I want, as am a front-end developer with small Back-end knowledge ( express JS ), this issues here is that this said website look suspicious.

I will appreciate if anyone could help put me through.
