yeah most nigerians dont hv the right mindset when it comes to fuel consumption.
most of the colleagues in my office, if u ask dem,, they always say, my fulltank takes me 1wk or 2wks, they hv no clue on the actual mileage driven, the tank capacity etc,

it really pisses me off, though thank God for the internet, i do my research online on any car am interested in, that way i get to know the mpg, and common major and minor issues faced by users.

& yes, the quality of petrol in nigeria is poor, plus our bad roads,lack of regular maintaince - peeps rarely change their fuel/air filter until the cars performance is affected so its gonna be hard for any nigerian to achieve us/uk kinds of mileage

I hope this brings up the arguments again. I was born into a catholic home of devout catholic parents. I left the catholic church because of the grace of God indeed. I also had to do some thinking for myself. When i see people kneeling in front of a statue of Jesus and crying out prayers in frustration, and also in front of the statue of Mary (who was just like every other woman on earth), it baffles me, and they come here to claim that they only honor her. I am afraid for the 100s of millions who are trapped as catholics that would eventually be eternally trapped in hell.

Why are u praying to saints. Where was it mentioned in the Holy bible. Why do u think that carrying a prayer book (pieta) around in your bags, cars or under you pillow is safety.

The bible says if you have faith as little as a mustard seed you can say to a mountain be moved from here to yonder and if there is not a doubt in your mind it will obey you. Not Jesus Christ, but you.

There is a greater life in the functionality of the Holy spirit in the life of man.

[b]Im sure you are always at the back during your Catechism days. Numerous people like you have left the Church in search of the Truth and they still come back { i am an example } when they found none from other confused protestant churches. Why are there division in the house of GOD if not for gullible and selfish human beings who paraded themselves as Minister's of GOD. I'm sure you are the type that attend mass late and before the mass is ended you have vanished. Try and reshape yourself and see clearly.
You left a Church with a Solid Foundation which can never be shaken. Let me ask you a quick question, what will happen to your church if the head of your Church passed ON. It took the Celestial Church of Christ YEARS to choose a leader after their founder died but it took the Universal Catholic Church 3days to choose a leader after the demise of Pope John Paul II. How long will it take your Church to choose another leader if the founder of your Church passed ON. Shine your eyes [/b]

Thanks for your response. People back home do not realize that the lower the mileage of a car, the more expensive the car will be here in the USA. They'll tender ridiculous prices and expect the seller to agree on that price.

I have it in mind to send a car down home to my brother to sell. the car is a 2004 EOD and in good condition, but the mileage on it is rather high(above 100000 miles). I hear that people these days are very particular about the mileages on cars they want to buy, but i feel that so long as the engine of the car is very sound and well taken care of, the mileage doesn't mean anything.

So to the likes of Viperman and others out there, what range of mileage do you all consider to be the best when buying a car here in the US to sell in Nigeria?
