I hate having to do this, but I'm sick of the non-responsiveness and lack of empathy shown by Metrobox.

I used your services for a few months towards the end of last year, and after my first order which was delivered promptly, everything else came late/extremely late.

The orders in this picture are from December 2. THREE MONTHS AGO. In the beginning, it was understandable as logistics issues are sometimes out of your hands too, but there is ABSOLUTELY no excuse for not delivering an order that was made three months ago.

When you made the last promise to deliver by February 25, I made it clear that failure to keep that promise again as you'd been doing will make me ask for a refund. I reminded you of this fact two weeks before time, and again a few days before the day.

I texted you on February 25 to deliver my refund with all the information you need, and your only response is for me to give you more time. After THREE MONTHS More time after three months? These statements have to sound ridiculous even to you at some point bro.

The "trust" that you constantly harp about is meaningless when you take months to deliver an order. It's not just about getting the item "eventually", it is about making an order and expecting it to be delivered at a reasonable time.

I genuinely will not recommend anyone to use your service, unless they have no real urgency to receive their order. The risk is simply too much and like I said, I've only had one order arrive on time when using your service.

I regret dropping a positive review in this thread initially even though that order came late too, as I realize how it could have misled people that came here. I take it back.

I need my money back. You have my details. Do the needful.
