I do not know if we are the only ones (myself and friend) yet to receive a mail to onboard on the new website. Don't know if it is right to go ahead and create a profile on the new platform

Guys please my mom's visa interview is next year January she applied for it over a year ago and before the moving of websites. I want to know if i will also get a new email to login to the new website since she already has her interview date from the previous website? Or i will still need to get another email?

yes i was told to create the new profile in order to send them a ticket. they never sent a mail to migrate
