Yes, i believe this is what is happening. I have being approached many times to purchase lands in Abuja and Lagos i say No! because i noticed none of the sellers appeared genuine. I have stopped buying lands for sometimes now in Naigeeria as i noticed there are no genuine lands. Apart from places like Asaba or Anambra. Even i don't trust lands in these areas.
