Shail is confused who must have splashed acid on Gunjan. Gopal and Prabhu too are worried about Gunjan and therefore decide to lodge a complaint in the police station. The family gets shocked on learning from Mayank that Mintu had splashed acid on Gunjan's body.

Mayank decides to teach Mintu a lesson but Sangeeta and Prabhu stop him.Meanwhile, the police arrive at Dayal's house. When the Inspector questions Dayal about the incident, he refuses to reveal the truth. The Inspector questions Rachna about the incident.

Before Rachna could say anything, Dayal intervenes and asserts that Rachna had returned home early form the college. After the police leave, Mayank tries to convince Dayal to lodge a complaint against Mintu but he refuses. Dayal believes that Gunjan would not get justice even if she lodges complaint against Mintu. He instead decides to warn Mintu's parents.

Mayank, however, is determined to teach Mintu a lesson. Rachna agrees with Mayank as she believes that Mintu had harm Gunjan as she had helped her against him. Rachna agrees to help Mayank against Mintu. Gunjan gets confused on learning that Dayal refused to lodge complaint in the police station.

Meanwhile, Dayal arrives and expresses concern for Gunjan. He also tries to cheer up Gunjan. After Dayal leaves, Shail tries to make her understand that Dayal does not want the police to interrogate her and so he did not lodged the complaint. Gunjan accepts Dayal's decision.

Mayank and Rachna plan to teach Mintu a lesson. Meanwhile Charu calls up Mayank. Sangeeta tries to pacify Rachna.Mayank tries to find out way to punish Mintu without revealing Gunjan and Rachna's name in the incident.

Purvi gets soup for Sarla. Sarla reminisces Bulbul preparing soup for her and sharing a lighter moment with her and gets sad. She says the soup is not good and does not want to have it. Purvi says it is her favourite soup and Bulbul used to make it.

Sarla says she does not want to drink even water from Bulbul’s hand and she will stop talking to her if she talks about Bulbul. Tanu enters Abhi and Pragya’s room and says she planned to go on a trip with him, but he is going with behanji.

Abhi hugs her and says he wants to go with her. Abhi does not want Pragya to join him in his trip to Pune and just when the two of them are having an argument, Tanu tells Pragya that she is not ashamed to hear other people’s thoughts and complains to Abhi that Pragya had insulted their relationship that she is having illegal affair with him and had also slapped her.

She later asks Abhi to slap Pragya as she wants her revenge. Abhi tells her he cannot slap her until she provokes him. Tanu says she slapped me and that is the big reason for him to slap her. Abhi goes near Pragya to slap her, but just then hears Daadi’s voice and stops.

Tanu immediately hides herself behind the curtains. Daadi's cousin sees Pragya adjusting the curtains and says they both are adjusting the curtains. Abhi's Daadi speaks to him and Pragya regarding their trip and she came to help them with the packing and asks why has he switched off the AC and even closed the curtains.

Abhi says he is feeling cold. Just when she turns her back to leave the room, Tanu sneezes and Daadi turns hearing a sneeze from behind the curtains. Pragya somehow manages to handle the situation and starts sneezing that she is having cold.

Abhi also acts as sneezing. Daadi's cousin asks them to open the curtains. Pragya asks her not to open the curtains, acts as shivering that she have to close the curtains again. Daadi decides she is signaling about getting intimate with Abhi and goes out. Once daadi goes, he scolds Pragya and sends her out and pampers Tanu.

Mitali’s children ask her why did she take papa’s signature on the papers. She says she wants to send them to bigger school and live a lavish life with them, for that they have to keep the secret. The kids get elated. Marriage hall decorator tells Bulbul that he needs money to decorate the hall.

She asks him not to tell her mother as she is ill. Sarla comes there and Bulbul leaves. Decorator then explains his problem to Sarla. Bulbul talks to her friend on phone then. Sarla thinks she is talking to Purabh and asks whom she is talking to. Bulbul says it is her friend’s call.

Vidya leaves a form for Antaras admission. Vidya helps Antara get the admission. A school principal calls Aditya to show him Antaras creativity.

The principal gives the responsibility of the annual function to Vidya and Mrs. Mehta. Antara does not follow Mrs. Mehtas instructions in the classroom, which annoys her.

Dayal and the family are worried as neither Gunjan nor Shail had returned home. At that time, Shail arrives. When the family sees Shail alone, they believe that Shail was unable to find Gunjan. Meanwhile, Aakash calls up again.

The family gets surprised when Gunjan enters the house. When Gunjan answers the call, she gets emotional and does not talk to Aakash. She hands over the receiver to Shail and rushes to her room. Shail gives an excuse to Aakash that Gunjan was missing him and therefore got emotional.

She asks Aakash not to worry about Gunjan and assures to look after her. Seema and Sangeeta enquire with Shail where she found Gunjan. Sangeeta gets puzzled on learning that Gunjan was in the market. Sangeeta fears that Dayal would not allow Gunjan to stay in their house. Sangeeta shares her fears with Shail. Shail is left worried.

Shail tries to convince Dayal to forgive Gunjan. Dayal fears that Gunjan may create problems for them, if she continued with her stubborn behavior. Shail assures to look after Gunjan and make her understand.

Shail keeps this a secret from Dayal that Gunjan had tried to escape to Mumbai and that some goons had tried to kidnap her at the railway station. She lies to Dayal that Gunjan had lost her way in the market and was unable to return home.

Shail requests Dayal to give sometime to Gunjan to change her behavior. Shail promises to send Gunjan to Australia, if she failed to transform her behavior. Sangeeta indirectly asks Shail to shift Gunjan to some other room as her son, Mayank would soon return home.

Shail decides to ask Gunjan to share the room with Rachna. Shail tells Gunjan that she had not informed anybody about her attempt to escape to Mumbai. Shail requests Gunjan to promise her that she would not try to run away from Banaras.

Suresh tells Abhi that he will fulfill his friendship. Abhi goes from there and asks him to fulfilled it. Pragya comes there, she speak to Suresh and tries to convince him to take back the complaint.

Suresh says he will not as Abhi tried to kill an innocent man, though she may forgive Abhi, but he will not and will protect the truth. Pragya reminisces Sarla doubting Abhi’s behavior. Suresh tells her if he had not been there, the man would have died, so Abhi should be punished.

Pragya holds Suresh’s hand and requests him not to do that. Abhi sees the two of them together and assumes them to be romantically involved with each other and conspiring against him.

Pragya takes Suresh near her home, point out to her mother Sarla that she does not want her mother to die hearing about her separation with Abhi. She cannot tell her that Abhi does not love her, her lie is a big happiness for her mother, until her mother is happy it does not matter if she is sad.

Abhi comes there, sees them together again and thinks surely they both are trying to take revenge from him. Pragya apologizes to Suresh to take back his complaint, else her mother Sarla will watch Tannu and Abhi’s news and will not tolerate it.

Suresh feels bad and apologizes to Pragya for not understanding her, and he cannot take back the complaint as he is just an evidence, but he will try to explain to the 'paan' seller to take back his complaint but he will not promise her though as his promises won't be fulfilled.

Pragya thanks him. Suresh tells her he feels pain seeing her like this. Pragya asks him not to feel pain as her it will continue like this, the lie she is living is more than her life.

Abhi who is watching them thinks Pragya is trying to take his money by sending him to jail, but he will send them to jail instead. Suresh believe she is doing this because she loves Abhi.

Akash talks to his lawyers and asks him to get Abhi’s bail papers ready. Taiji praises him and says he is helping his brother. Daadi comes with her cousins and asks why are they looking tensed and where is Abhi. Taiji informs her the police station.

Abhi's Daadi gets tensed and asks what happened. Aaliya tells her that Abhi had an accident with his car and the police wants to know which car it is. Daadi worriedly cries for her grandson. Later, Abhi and Pragya reach their home. Abhi goes in, Daadi hugs him and says she is worried about him.

Abhi assure her nothing happened to him. Daadi's cousin says he is linked with Pragya now who is like a Savitri ( Guiding angel ) and will protect him. Abhi thinks Pragya will kill him instead of protecting him. Pragya comes. Abhi jokes his Savitri has come.

Daadi's cousins asks Abhi's Daadi to relax, and asks Pragya to hold Abhi’s hand and their faith are united now, tells them not to worry. Abhi says he hope he had an electric current in his hand, he would have electrocuted her. She says his words are like electric current.

Abhi tells his daadi's cousin that he has little formalities to finish. His daadi cousin says until Pragya is there, nothing will happen to him. Abhi's Daadi asks Abhi to promise to never drink again. Abhi angrily agrees and says he will drink Pragya’s blood instead.

Sam decorates his and Isha's bedroom with candles and spends some romantic moments with her. Sam gets a strange feeling that Isha is parting from him when suddenly their photo frame falls down and breaks. Sam panics and feels that it is a bad omen. Isha soothes Sam and says that she will never part from him.

Daimaa gets busy making arrangements for the Diwali party. She gets apprehensive when she learns that the DVD, which had the video recording of Revathi's plan to set Sanskaar Ashram on fire, was missing. After watching the video recording of her conspiracy, Revathi believes that it must be Isha's plan to show the video to the family in order to put her in trouble.

Revathi therefore decides to teach Isha a lesson.Meanwhile, Daimaa calls up Devaki and informs her that the DVD was missing. Devaki is adamant on revealing Revathi's truth and therefore decides to talk to the Police Commissioner who is also attending the party.

Revathi finds Isha on the terrace and confronts her. Isha is clueless about what Revathi was talking about. Isha refuses the accusation but Revathi does not believe her. Daimaa approaches the Police Commissioner and tells him that someone wanted to speak about an important matter to him.

Before Daimaa could give her cell phone to the commissioner, Ira interrupts her and informs her that Shravan was drunk. Revathi fears that Isha may reveal her truth and so therefore does not allow Isha to go downstairs.

Pragya's mother asks Abhi how can he send Pragya alone and she will not send her until he comes back. Abhi asks her to keep her. Sarla asks what does he mean. Abhi says she went to police station without informing him and now went to her home alone, if he should decide that she eloped, he will come to meet her but not Pragya.

Sarla says he took her breath with his joke. He respond that she started first and he cannot come today as he has work to do and to send Pragya alone this time. Sarla agrees. Tanu tells Abhi he would have send Pragya home permanently. Pragya leaves her home and comes back to her house.

Aaliya tells daadi that Abhi’s fan used to pester him a lot and they had to bear her as she was investor’s daughter, so she hurriedly arranged Pragya and Abhi’s marriage. Daadi says she did right by getting them marrying. Raj asks Mitali if she is free tonight.

She gets elated and asks if he is taking her to a restaurant for dinner. He says it is his friend’s party. She gets angry and starts quarreling with him. She asks even he does not come to her friend’s parties. Raj tells her people try to downgrade each other.

Mitali says he ruined her life and now trying to ruin her children’s life. She angrily walks down, sees Pragya coming and asks how she manages so many men at once. Pragya asks what does she mean. She asks her to give her tips to handle Raj. Pragya gets annoyed and walks away from there.

Pragya gets into her room. Abhi sees her coming and she gets into an argument with Abhi when she tries to convince him to not allow his sister Aliya to marry Purabh. Abhi asks if she is jealous about Purab and Aaliya’s marriage and had gone to her mother’s house to burn Purab’s letters and memories.

Krishna informs Pintu that she has an arrangement mind she would execute soon. Tuntun Singh's essential document disappears. Rachna gets dizzy while walking on the road. Sarla sees her feeling unwell and holds her in time and asks what happened to her. She says she got dizzy. Sarla takes her to her house. Abhi checks on net how hypnotism is done and thinks Aaliya is right, Chashmish used hypnotism on Purabh first and then him to get details of his bank accounts, etc.

He reads there are 10 ways to avoid hypnotism and reads one should not come in eye contact with the person. Meanwhile, Pragya comes there with coffee. He says he does not need it and tries to avoid eye contact with her. He asks her to go from there as he has to work. She asks him to work then. He says he does not want to see her and asks her to go from there.

Pragya goes but she is confused when she finds Abhi avoiding any eye contact with her. Abhie sips the coffee and likes it. Sarla asks Rachna why is she looking so weak and gives her juice to drink. Rachna says she takes care of every one, then why don’t she forgive Suresh.

Sarla avoids her words and tries to go from there. Rachna holds her hand and asks not to act differently and asks why can’t things get back to normal like before. Later, Suresh comes there drenched in rain and asks Rachana why did she come here.

Rachna says aunty saw me out and brought me here. Bulbul comes there drenched in rain just then, sees Suresh standing and slips. Suresh holds her. Sarla scolds Bulbul for being careless and asks her to go in. Suresh signals Rachna to come now.

She tries to go out when Sarla stops her and gives her umbrella saying it is for Rachna and not for him. Suresh take his sister back home. Sarla is still upset with Suresh for his behaviour towards her daughter and is not willing to forgive him.

Later, Abhi goes to Purabh’s house, Purabh opens the door and stands still. Abhi asks why is he surprised and starts beating him and tells him why did he not come back to him, etc., he asks him to beat him and says we both struggled together and were together till now, why can’t we be together now. He says he can’t stay without him.

Purab hugs him and starts crying emotionally. Purabh tells him he does not have anyone except him and he could not sleep well till now, but could not get courage to meet him. He says it was all his fault and now when he came back, he promises he will marry Aaliya.

He tells him he cannot take decision alone and he has to take Aaliya and Daadi permission. Abhi gets shocked when he sees Purabh agreeing to marry Aaliya and hugs him. He thinks chashmish’s hypnotism effect is gone now, so Purabh agreed for the marriage.

He further decides to bring chasmish's/Pragya in front of Purabh while is proposing to Aliya to see her face when she hears this news.

Taiji sees her family eating and enjoying in a room and tells them she called them for a meeting, but they are busy enjoying. Tauji says she should shake hands with Pragya, but dunno if she will. Taiji thinks these are waste people, she has to think of something herself.

Pragya sees Bunty and Babli fighting and asks why are they fighting. Babli says Bunty took her pencil and she cannot do homework without it. Pragya takes the pencil from Bunty and gives it to her. She goes in happily to complete her homework, while Bunty goes in angrily.

Isha tells Revati and Ira that she has called some kids from the orphanage home to celebrate Diwali. Isha asks Ira and Revati to cook food for them and play with them too. Ira and Revati get irritated as the orphanage kids create ruckus in the house.

Girish comes home and is shocked to see Revati playing with the kids and cooking for them. Isha says that Revati had called the kids home for Diwali celebrations and Girish is surprised. Revati and Ira are frustrated.

Revati sees Isha's mobile lying on the table and tramples it to destroy the video recording. Revati gets shocked as later she comes to know that it was Girish's mobile. Girish gets furious and chides Revati for this stupid behavior.

Isha lies to Girish that Revati has bought a new mobile for him and because of this she destroyed the old one. Ira and Revati are puzzled because of Isha's changed behavior. Daai Maa brings a 'Tantrik' to Ojha house to get rid of the evil spirits.

Ira and Revati believe that even Isha was possessed by some evil spirit. Girish and Sam tell Isha to come to office with them and distribute the Diwali bonus to the employees. Revati makes an excuse and asks them to let Isha stay back. Isha is shocked as she finds herself tied to a chair and a Tantrik performing some 'puja'.

Ira and Revati tell the tantrik that they want Isha to get back to normal. The tantric performs the puja and comes to the conclusion that Isha is not possessed by any evil spirit. Isha turns the tables at Ira and Revati and cleverly makes the tantrik believe that they were possessed by evil spirits.

Isha wakes up before sunrise to observe the fast. Ira too wakes up early and Daai Maa gets shocked as Ira tells her that she will be observing the 'Karva Chauth' fast for Shravan. Dai Maa however tells Ira that they do not follow any such custom and so there is no need to fast.

Isha waits for Revati to give her the 'sargi' (sumptuous food to be consumed before the sunrise) and 'shagun' (symbols of a married woman given as gift by the mother-in-law to a daughter-in-law). Revati and Girish give the sargi and shagun to Isha and ask her to eat before sunrise while at the same time Revati plans to break Isha's fast.

Revati puts salt in Isha's food and spoils the food which was meant for her fast.

Finally Daai Maa agrees to let Ira fast for Shravan. Daai Maa is unaware that Ira is fasting for Sam and not Shravan. Isha is about to eat when she notices the salt sprinkled on the food and stops. Before Isha could eat anything else, the sun rises and Isha decides to fast without eating anything.

Isha tells Sam to come home early as she is fasting for him and can break the fast only after seeing his face. Sam tells Isha not to observe the fast and even refuses to come home early. Isha gets shocked as Daai Maa informs that Ira too is fasting for Shravan.

Isha goes to meet Ira and questions her about it. Ira again behaves rudely with Isha and asks her not to interfere in her life. Isha is feeling sick but still manages to do the household chores. Ira and Revati feel happy to see Isha in trouble. Revati even informs Ira that Sam has refused to come home early. Everyone gears up for the Karva Chauth puja.

At the office, Sam is about to eat his food when he hears some colleagues talking about the women who observe the difficult fast of Karva Chauth for the long life of their husbands. Sam too doesn't eat anything after hearing them. Isha is confident that Sam will come home on time and break her fast while on the other hand Ira too prays for the well-being of Sam.

Bulbul tries to convince Purabh to marry Aaliya as this will work in her sister's favour. Purabh asks what will happen to their relationship then. Bulbul says she does not love him now and says why did he not inform her about his engagement to Aaliya and why did he betray Abhi, and because of his mistake, her sister is suffering.

She says before it is too late, he should marry Aaliya and if Pragya gets any problem, she will not forgive him. Meanwhile, Abhi brings Pragya to a hotel instead of going for their honeymoon. Pragya asks why have they come here when they had to reach the airport.

Abhi says if she is very eager to sit in a flight. He goes to the reception and takes his room keys. Pragya asks him repeatedly why did he bring her here, he does not listen to her and takes her to a room and says welcome to Shimla. Pragya asks what rubbish is he talking.

Abhi says he is not rubbishing, it is her Simla, she wanted to enjoy her honeymoon, it is her honeymoon here. He further asks her to stay in the room all alone while he will be spending time with his girlfriend Tanu.

He remind he once told her this trip will be her worst trip and asks her to pray to god to strengthen her to stay here for 4 days. Pragya feels disheartened but decide to do as Abhi wants and says she will be happy staying alone for 4 days without him and says he would have booked a small hotel room instead. Abhi says he will remember her choice and asks her not to go out of the room, else she will repent.

Tanu calls Abhi and asks if he dropped behanji at the hotel. Abhi says yes and now he is going to a concert as he does not want to miss earning money. He asks her to meet him in the evening to spend some quality time together.

Tanu’s friends praise her for spoiling Abhi’s honeymoon and warns her from Pragya that when she can manipulate Purabh, she can as well manipulate anyone. Pragya sees painting of couple kissing near Eiffel tower and reminisces Bulbul asking if she is excited to hear her enjoying near Eiffel tower, etc. She gets Sarla’s call who asks her if she have reached the airport.
