Loans are tied to certain projects...eg see the argument about Obi taking loans , one of the loans Obi took when he was governor was for malaria project in Anambra. The money was spent specifically on the project. Ain't no way Obi or anyone would have looted that money...that would have been bad news.

As for why Nigeria takes loans...we have a massive debt, and our revenue cannot meet up with payments for the debt even with subsidy removal...so loans.

That's why next election, vote for a candidate that promises improved productivity. SO far, na NDC that seems to be doing that. Their candidate talked about improved prodictivity long before tinubu and APC thought of it.

How will he improve productivity when his people solely depends on importation? and he and his major firms and associates are importers and you expect such a person to improve productivity?
