Guys pls I'm begging
I know this may be wrong tho but I feel like someone may be of help.

Pls if you have any mobile phone(internet enabled phone ) pls help me with it.
I'm an apprentice and the phone am currently I'm ashamed to even bring it out in public (Lumia630) I have been using it for like 6yrs and there's no money to change the phone CUs I don't have any money on me(I'm just an apprentice)

Pls if you can help me pls just even I it's to pay on installments I'm willing to pay.

Pls just help me,my current phone is frustrating me like mad.
If my phone goes off I loose all my data.
Pls help

While brushing, get a HARD brush, buy a good TOOTHPASTE.

Start by brushing your toungue thoroughly, then other parts. Do this when you wake up and before sleeping.

Also, if you're the type that chew the skin in your mouth, stop it.


Start using good TOOTHPASTE like Norland paste.

Search for the paste,or contact me to waybill it to you.

If after this it doesn't wor(which is unlikely) you can go see a dentist

I use hard brush and I have used Colgate,MacLean,sensodyne and oral B triple protection.
Tomorrow I will look for the Norland toothpaste.

eat plenty of meat day and sometimes fried chicken. avoid too much carbohydrates like Eba and rice. eat watermelon, pineapple and apple.

lastly
if you have shopright mall around enter there and look for mouth wash. it's a requid in container.

I'm not a fan of eba and I also eat fruits(sometimes as my dinner) and about the mouth wash it's not effective( mouth wash will even make it worse when it fades after three hours[I have used mouth wash when I was in school and when ever it fades man e go worse])

Yea,people have told me and I also noticed that whenever I talk to people right into their face,they will stylishly rub their nose.

It's so embarrassing.I don't even want to talk about the one that happened in church today.

Do u normally scrub ur tongue while brushing? If No, u need to start doing that.

Make it a habit to rinse ur mouth with salt and water after every meal.

Drink plenty of water.

Chew bitter kola, it will help to neutralize the odour (not medically proven tho).

Lastly, if the problem persist, consult ur dentist.

I do most of this things except chewing of bitter kola.

Like I said before,I do brush thrice daily and that is after every meal.
Honestly I don't play with my tongue.
I drink enough water(in most cases)

I use my toothbrush's 2 months maximum before I get a new one and after each use I soak it in warm water mixed with salt.

I have had this since when I was younger and it almost 2 decades now.

I'm an apprentice and a student,since when I was younger I have always had bad breath,I have tried everything ranging from brushing trice a day to chewing ginger and every other concoctions(herbal) but I have not really tried going to a dentist cos I don't have the money for the treatment.
Pls I'm in ph and I want to know how much it will cost for me to get a cure,so that I will put in my 2021 budget.
Pls ur help will really be appreciated.
