Hi! I'm Candy Ibanez. A single mother of two. I quit studying college when I had my first baby. Now that there are two of thwm and their father leaving me recently, I cant afford to finish my studies. I would like to finish my studies to find a god job so I can support my children. Im living in the Philippines. I've tried asking some NGOs here for scholarship but no luck. I am hoping someone can help me find a scholarship. Thank you.
