No, wattage of 1hp LG Gencool is 830W, am using 3kva parsun Generator it can start the 2 Ac's at the same time (under Gen Mode)

Am using them since July 2015 without any isssue or refilling; just servicing.

Will go for LG over Hisense then, even though people say the LG panels cant be repaired if damaged.

if you are using prepaid meter and you are not bypassing it, LG-inverter AC is the best.

The first set of LG Inverter ACs usually developed faults within a year or 2 of usage.Had a friend who got 5 of them for his house back in early and within 2 years had to repair 4 out of the 5.

.I personally had similar issues with one I purchased but thanks to the 2 years warranty,the faulty component was replaced for free by LG.. Just be sure to keep the receipt of purchase.The more recent version of the Inverter AC(dual cool) have been much more better though.
