The main MVP to Liverpools defence is

1. Klopps system
2. Allison

the team copes better without VVD because fabinho is a world class DM who is also excellent at CB, matip and gomez are no slouches themselves...if liverpool has a fabinho equivalent as a back up keeper, the loss of allison would have been mitigated

Even after allison came back they still had 4 or 5 games without keeping clean sheets until fabinho got injured and Henderson slotted in as the DM...so i'll ask again was Fabinho a carry along player or d only carry along players are those u don't like..d fact is liverpool are too good a team to be crippled by the absence of any one player..added to this is that the backup to van dijk are at least competent and experienced players...adrian and karius are terrible

dis one nor just know anything..abi last season when Liverpool failed to keep Clean Sheets at the start of the season with fabinho screening the defence but as soon as he got injured they went on a run of 9-10 games without conceding in the league with Henderson in the DM position..abi fabinho who raumdeuter is now praising is now a carry-along player..d fact is good teams always find a solutions to their problems in the early part of seasons and liverpool are no exception

The reason is that, winning the former requires rugged consistency for 38 matches.
