Traditional/Engagement is the main thing... That's our own culture...
Court wedding is important as well so the law recognise you and your partner as legally married...

Church wedding is just because you are a Christian by religion and you want to catch cruise most especially for females... It's not as valid as the Engagement and the court wedding...
My Opinion![/quote].......So it is more important to be recognized by Men (Traditional/Engagement) and the Law (Court Marriage) than God (joined to your partner in the Church)? It is only God (Priests or Men of God who represents God here on earth) the institutor of Marriage that is saddled with the responsibilities of joining in Marriage (place and location doesn't matter be it in the Church or elsewhere). Where was God given audience to pronounce them husband and wife in the "Tradition/Engagement" or "Court wedding "? It is only at the "Marriage" conducted under a Priest or Man of God that this happens. "Traditional/Engagement" ceremony not marriage is simply giving to Caesar what belong to Caesar (meaning paying dowry to compensate the parents and families of the bride for raising their daughter for you to marry) so they cannot put asunder into your marriage once pronounced husband and wife by a Priest or Man of God. The power of that pronouncement that says " ..what God has joined together let no man put asunder" by a Priest or Man of God is only valid when dowry has been paid to the Bride's family. In conclusion, Traditional/Engagement is not a marriage but just a ceremony that avail the groom the opportunity to compensate the Bride's family in terms of dowry payment. After which he is now authorized to take her before a Priest or Man of God to be joined together by God. Court marriage is only expedient if you and your spouse has plans to travel out of your own Country for whatever reasons. Locally, even without a Court Marriage your marriage issues can still be handled by a Customary Court ( a recognition in it's own right)

The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation said it has employed 1,050 graduate trainees during the 2019/2020 employment exercise.

This was disclosed in a statement from the corporation’s Managing Director, Mele Kyari.

Kyari said the Human Resources Division of the NNPC has since commenced the issuance of provisional offers of employment to the 1,050 fresh employees.

While describing the recruitment as a very important assignment for the corporation, Kyari stated that the outcome of the exercise reflected national spread and complied with all statutory requirements.

The GMD maintained that recruitment in the corporation will be a continuous process, even as he noted that the Experienced Hire component of the exercise would be addressed in due course.

“We look forward to warmly receiving our new team members and working with them to build a corporation that all Nigerians will be proud of,” Kyari added....

To say Naija is a failed state is an understatement. Everything seems to be totally out of place even with common sense sef. How can FRSC evacuate an accident victim with such gross injuries behind their truck like he is some piece of shit "shithole syndrome "?
