NYSC CALL-UP LETTER PRINTING FOR BATCH B CORPS MEMBERS HAS BEEN ENABLED.
The National youth service corps (NYSC) wishes to inform all prospective 2015 Batch B corps members that they can now print their call-up petters online.
HOW TO PRINT YOUR NYSC CALL-UP LETTER:
All prospective corps members are required to visit the portal for printing of call-up letters via any of the links below:
http://www.nysc.org.ng
http://portal.nysc.gov.ng
Once on the nysc portal login with your registered e-mail address and password and click on the print call-up letter link.
NOTE: Printing of call-up letters starts on 21st oct and ends on 26th oct 2015. Those that didn't pay should collect their call-up letters from their institutions of graduation.
Batch B orientation course(stream 1) holds on 28th oct-16th Nov 2015 while(stream II) holds on 25th Nov-14thDec 2015. Just saw ds now

so there is no way to reverse the payment from NYSC? I tried calling the help lines but the calls were not answerd

guys I make payment to a bank for the registration and I was given a receipt, later during the day I check my mail to get the trans no but could not find one, I went back to the bank to lodge a complain and I was ask to come back by noon the following day, on getting there my money was return back to me on the basis that they could get where the problem lies, I later got a friend AtM card and make the payment to complete my registration. few days later I was checking through my mail and I decide to check the spam mail, alas I notice that the trans no was sent on that date I make the payment. the question is, would the bank be able to reverse the payment from NYSC? because I felt guilty of the whole act. and what should I do with the trans no

The Senate on Tuesday commenced the screening of the newly appointed service chiefs behind closed doors.

The screening earlier slated for last week Thursday, was postponed to today, Tuesday, due to the pulling out parade programme organised by the military in honour of the former Chief of Defence Staff, Air Chief Marshal, Alex Badeh, which took place in Abuja last Thursday.

The closed-session which started at about 11:25am, was still on-going as of the the time of filing this report around 1:25pm.

The Senate President, Bukola Saraki, had announced on Wednesday last week that the newly appointed service chiefs would be screened during plenary on Thursday last week by 11:00am.

Saraki had read President Muhammadu Buhari’s letter seeking the confirmation of the upper chamber for the appointment of new service chiefs, during plenary.

He had said that the letter to confirm the appointments was in accordance with the provisions of Section18 (1) of the Armed Forces Act, 2004.

Buhari on July 13, announced the appointment of Major General Abayomi Olonishakin, Chief of Defence Staff; Major General Tukur Buratai, Chief of Army Staff; Rear Admiral Ibok-Ete Ibas, Chief of Naval Staff; Air Vice-Marshal Sadique Abubakar, Chief of Air Staff; and Air Vice-Marchal Monday Morgan as Chief of Defence Intelligence.

The president also appointed retired Major General Babagana Monguno as National Security Adviser.
