The electric BRT never had any plans for swapping stations for the public because its charging stations are solely for the electric BRT

Dumb policy coming out again, the BDC operators don't determine the value of our currency, the level of productivity of our country determines the value the naira will have, too much foreign exchange is leaving the country through import, foreign education, healthcare and others, with just little coming in, an economy dies when such a situation happens . Fix the economy, power, repair our refineries, provide quality healthcare and education, stop dollarising party primaries, effectively fight corruption in all sectors and watch the naira will come back to life

From my perspective, this policy is only aimed at steering competition to reduce the level of arbitrage due to price differential.

Ban on BDCs created more room for trade in the black market which the Banks (whether you agree or not actively participates) even though FG and CBN has consistently tried to conceal the fact that the Black Market exist and the operations affect the naira in previous times.

Finally yes, more needs to be done encourage FX inflow through increased production and reduced consumption.
