The year 2021 is coming to an end.

A New Year’s resolution is a tradition, in which a person resolves to continue good practices, change an undesired trait or behavior, accomplish a personal goal, or otherwise improve their life at the start of a new year.

This tradition or practice rather, is very common in Nigeria on 31st of every December and 1st January.

Religious folks gather and pray while irreligious, pagan and atheist do theirs at home or elsewhere.

Anyways, let me break it down with a layman term.

The “CHANGE” in this context, is when one purchased goods of N950, give the seller a thousand naira note, and ask them to keep the N50 balance to themselves. You get the point now abi

Normally, in Nigeria, financially stable individuals, in most cases, do that.
